Absolute worst experience with fake positive opinion
Absolute worst experience with this firm. Complete organizational chaos and total lack of professionalism. My case was handled by over a dozen different staff members, making any continuity impossible. Instead of fighting for my rights, they constantly pressured me to accept a ridiculously low settlement and used unprofessional tactics in their correspondence. Avoid at all costs.
Notice that all the positive reviews here are simply fake—they all came in on the same day; they were simply bought!

Express treatment no care all about the money
After spend a large amount of time on the phone and filling in numerous forms/report and document. I was sent a very basic letter telling me my case was closed. I had fractured my back at work due to a delivery company dropping a 700kg pallet of goods onto me. As this companies have a head office in Denmark they dropped the cases even though they have UK offices as they are the largest logistic company in the world. It would seem they did not want to take on the large company and probably thought there was not enough money in it for them. The name Express sums up the way they treat people, with no concern for people with life changing injuries. Avoid the slick phone people at the start also they were looking at over 50% of your money going to them if they win.
