Initial explanation of making a claim for personal injury
I spoke to Kyle Frost after my initial enquiry into the possibility of making a claim.
He listened attentively, asked relevant questions and explained everything clearly. He made me feel confident in my claim and was supportive.

Express Solicitors waste of time
Express Solicitors wasted three days of my time before refusing to take on my claim for an accident that someone has now admitted liability for
Luckily I found another solicitor who does as they advertise and take on accident claims

New Client!!
I am quite a new client of Express Solicittors and they will be working on my behalf concerning a personal injury I have suffered!! However, my initial thoughts regarding the law firm so far are that they are excellent, ultra professional, friendly and very helpful indeed!! I am only at the start of my journey with them, but nevertheless, I feel very confident that I have a superb team on my side and feel I will be successful in my pursuit of recompence, if I am, I feel it will all be down to their brilliant expertise in matters such as this!! Highly recommended!!

I spoke with a customer service agent…
I spoke with a customer service agent named Beth Ineson who was spoke with myself for just over an hour & was wonderfully attentive and compassionate. She was going to relay her email via whatsapp inso that i could send some evidence of communication which would be forwarded to and reviewed by the team of solicitors to see if my case qualified for support. I hadn't received a whatsapp message from herself but whilst we were on the call I had received an automated email from her and so I went ahead and sent the evidence. I double-checked the next day and still no whatsapp so I thought I would call in again and spoke with someone who was going to pass on the message I sent forth the evidence and was trying to get in contact to check/discuss regarding the emails I'd sent. I've had no reply from Beth regarding the emails I'd sent, I am currently struggling immensely with my mental health and am in a place of desperation/overwhelm regarding finding and aligning with help regarding my case & so it was a real blow to not even received any courtesy follow-up to directly and respectfully explain I didn't have a case/we couldn't go any further. I would not recommend this service which is a real shame because the initial interaction was great.

On Monday 20th July the evidence was reviewed and on 21st July Beth spoke with you to confirm we could deal with your case and the documents were emailed to you on the same day. I do not agree there has been any delay or lack of communication in this instance but would be happy to discuss this further if you wish to get in touch.
