A WASTE OF TIME BUYING FROM EXPRESS TOOLS online. They do not remove items or indicate that they are out of stock . You search , you pay , you expect next day delivery and what you get the next day is a blunt email stating "item not in stock. Your card has not been debited" . Then you have to wait up to 10 days or more for your payment to return to your bank. My order was for a £180 heater needed for this extreme weather, so not only do Express Tools waste my time they have now left me unable to purchase from another source as the payment is in limbo . It is about time companies like Express Tools who have low customer care get a charge slammed on them for doing this kind of thing.

Product was as described, packaging could have been better but no damage occurred, an e-mail with dispatch info would have been helpful and avoided me making a call to enquire if it was in stock or been dispatched

I placed my order late in the day so Imagine my surprise (and pleasure) when my item arrived by courier early the following morning. Bought an huge tool cabinet combo and ET had the best price, quick service.... Great..... But TNT lost one part of the delivery.!!!!! A huge 4'x3'x2' rollacab...... !!! How do you lose something that big...? Anyway ET delt with it quickly and nice people too

Hassle free, and first class

As a matter of urgency i needed to order item from express tools.
When i ask for some advise Matt from customer service gave me guidence. When i purchased the item, it was delivered on time as promised.

Emailed them asking if what I wanted was in stock, I received an email back within the hour to say yes the item was in stock, ordered the item and it was on my doorstep the following day. they were not only the cheapest I found for what I wanted, but also the fastest to not only respond to questions but to despatch the item as well, couldn't recommend them more from my experience.

Usually we find any old excuse to deliver a day late in the North of Scotland. Exact order, next day and complete paperwork. I like it.

Its difficult to assess when promises have not been kept on supply, although payment has been taken I still haven't received the machine that I ordered, very poor service.
