Happy to offer good advice, very competitve and prompt service

I ordered a set of step ladders which arrived on time, however I'd mis-judged the size so had to return them for a larger pair. Phoned up and everything was sorted within 15 minutes. Original steps were collected and as promised and awaiting delivery of the new pair.

i ordered some equipment and it was delivered bang on time. would definitly use them again.

Best price ladder on market. Good quality and value. Delivered on time.

Excellent did have a proble with the product I ordered but it was changed ASAP

Placed order for Probst tp screed on sunday night at 11pm tue morning it arrived ahead of shedule to the north of scotland well impressed and will be back to shop again.

easy to use website, fast delivery, would recommend

Easy to use website, order arrived as promised and invoice/ receipt arrived without any prompt from a real human!!

Express Tools provided good service and great price but their courier, UK Mail, was shocking. I was out both times delivery was attempted and the card put through had not been completed on either occasion. When trying to use the "Manage my Delivery" website to rearrange the delivery or organize to pick up instead, website wouldn't recognise me because not only were the delivery drivers too lazy to complete a few words on the card but also log onto their system. On using their phone contact number it would hang up after around 20 rings. After multiple attempts over a few days, I finally got through and managed to organise to pick up later in the week..... I'd rather pay a higher price as I wasted so much time chasing these with the courier. Express Tools change your courier! Unlikely to reuse Express Tools Ltd again for this reason only.

No problems at all, good sturdy product

I found Express Tools online after an internet search, their price for the product I required was very competitive. Delivery was on time as specified. There was a slight error with the invoice however this was sorted out instantly after one call. I am very please with the service I received and would recommend them to other businesses.

Express Tools did not live up to its name. I placed an order online, paying with my credit card. The next day I received a telephone call to say that they could not complete my order, that it would take four or five weeks so I could cancel the order if I wished. I did so. I then received an email from the Financial Director (FD) stating: "We can confirm that your money was not taken and your order has been cancelled." My money was taken! When I telephoned to speak to the FD I was told she was not available - that she is based in Spain, but was advised that the reimbursement would be made in three days. One week later and the money has still not been reimbursed to me.
I would not recommend Express Tools to anyone else.

Good product at a good price. Delivery quite quick. Only reservation was that the ladder had several delivery labels stuck on it which were very hard to remove and it was slightly scuffed. Would it be worth shrink wrapping for delivery?

I ordered ladders online. there was an issue t=with the order but they phoned me and sorted it out and then the ladders arrived. there are good quality ladders.

Goods arrived well packaged and exactly as requested well within the delivery time stated.Couldn't ask for a better service. Would gladly recommend this company.

I bought a tar boiler from Express Tools Ltda few days ago. Not only is it an excellent product at a reasonable price but it was delivered within a couple of days or so. I recommend Express Tools Ltd as an excellent company to do business with and have kept their url with the intention of doing business with them in the future.
