The worst repayment option i have done transaction from card on 1st September so as based on monthly policy thebill should be on 15th october but now the company is asking money on 15th September. So unprofessional as all mynold bills were already paid in advance.

I had my credit card closed in February…
I had my credit card closed in February 2025. Fully paid. And on 29 th Mya 2025 after 4 months I got some refunds to Extra Karte from vantage markets. It has been 2 months since they promised to refund my money. But they didn’t do it yet. They have been laying the whole time. Customary care says one thing then the this week next week there othe colleague says another. Even their complaint department confirmed on first July that the refund has been initiated and I will get in 4 working days. And it has been 30 days since then and I didn’t get my money. Now yesterday the complaint department wrote to my and apologized. That the previous email was a mistake. And the haven’t started refund the money yet. It’s completely b*lsh*t. One of the worst banking systems and employees I have ever seen or heard about in my whole life
