I purchased Oliver Peoples sheldrake frames. The customer service from Steve was top class, as was the price for the frames. Delivery was quick and without problems.

The sunglasses are beautiful and are great quality! the sunglasses case was damaged through the delivery process but Steve sorted everything out and got me a replacement sent with fast delivery. A very happy customer, will defiantly shop here again

I had problems, but still had the best standard of service you'll find in the UK.

Having accepted my fate and a requirement for prescription glasses (due to my ageing eyes), I found my preferred brand of glasses on the high street (tried them on etc), but knew I'd find them much cheaper online. I found "Eyecandy" to be the most competitive on price.

The website is really easy to navigate and looking at frames over 360 degrees is really helpful. The ordering process is really clear and easy, with the usual sales communication. When they were ready for dispatch, I had an e-mail from "Steve" (the owner), to say they'd be with me in the next couple of days. It turned out to be the very next day, all packaged well in jiffy bags, with extra "Eyecandy" lens clothes.

Unfortunately, the prescription wasn't correct (they were made for distance, when i'd requested reading). Obviously i was disappointed, having waited a few days for my new facial attire and I starting getting frustrated, thinking about how difficult it may be to get the issue resolved or did i order the wrong thing etc.

I needn't have worried...this is a genuine and professional UK company, with customer service drummed into it. As i write this, its important to note, that i do not write compliments, because in the main, we don't get great service from retail in the UK...so please understand, "Eyecandy" absolutely put their hand up, recognised their error and solved it seamlessly.

For the first time in very long time, I was finally valued as a customer and was not made to feel like I should pay return postage at my expense or made to feel like I need to go out of my way or fight for what was entitled to etc. "Send them back, I'll refund your postage, get them re-made, review our internal quality process and give you feedback on my findings" oh...and I'll sort out a gesture of good will for you too!

That's real "customer service" folks...i'm not saying you'll experience a problem...far from it...just that if you do, panic ye not...be nice, explain what's wrong and "Steve" or someone else, will solve it.

This company has earned a customer for life in me, because of how they treated me and the quality of their goods. I no longer care if they're the cheapest or not (for the record, they were), i'm giving them my money for years to come.

Perfect from start to finish!

Wow! Well I was a little sceptical ordering glasses online for the first time however Steve Newton at Eyecandy direct put me at ease with every question that I had. I simply took a photo on my iPhone of my prescription and emailed it across with my PD. You can measure this yourself using templates online that you can print off. Steve kept me updated along the way with it being so close to Christmas. I received them today, December 24th! What a lovely Christmas present from me to me, I’ll be able to see what I’m doing! I found this little beauty of a company online after searching the model I wanted after trying them on in a rival (expensive) high street store. I hardly ever leave reviews but this company deserves the credit for sure.
