Excellent personalised customer care experience, Steve will reply your emails fast and accurately. I bought specific pair of spectacles and I got exactly that, and the price was the best I found online.

Long delivery. Had to chase for updates as tracking system not working.

I paid via PayPal and when PayPal put the payment on hold to check it Eyecandy contacted me straight away to let me know and then confirmed again once the payment had gone through and when my glasses would be completed. I couldn’t fault them.

Having been let down by other retailers by saying they didn't have stock until after taking payment Eye candy was a breath of fresh air. They have a very helpful stock checker so that you can order with peace of mind. Delivery took 7 days which was communicated by the very helpful Steve at time of purchase. Highly recommend Eye Candy.

I looked at Eye Candy due to good reviews plus them carrying frames for the larger noggin. On top of that the prices were excellent even compared to the 2 for 1 and 2 for 1 plus 1 offers on the high street. They were at the time let down by poor coding on the website plus PayPal not being operational. That said my comments were quickly followed up by Steve which reassured me to purchase. Spectacles arrived in due time and were as expected. Happy to recommend them to anyone but have a little patience...

Where to start, I have been so impressed by Eye Candy. Usually low cost means compromising on quality, not here. The glasses we received were made flawlessly, despite a high prescription and a big frame the high index lenses are thin and light. The glasses did take a little longer than we expected but we were kept up to date as we ordered frames that were not in stock. Needless to say they are beautiful. Steve has gone the extra mile and we now have another pair of glasses on order. Can’t wait 😊
