This is a fraudulent site
order num : 23342
This is a fraudulent site, I placed an order on this site on June 10th and it has not been shipped, I have sent them big emails with no response. Called them and no one answered.
I will post what happened to me on top of some other review sites.
I will complain to my bank.
I will also call the local police and ask for their help.
All in all this is a fraudulent site, don't trust it!

I ordered and paid for a blephasteam product in April. I have not had updates from eyelounge when it will be available to be dispatched. Also on your website it is now selling for 200 dollors cheaper.Seen as I have paid,an update would be appreciated,otherwise I am requesting a full refund.

Product not delivered. Customer service rubbish.
I ordered product 1st time over 2weeks ago. No delivery. Let Eyelounge know 4 days ago. With all info including my address correct and they replied was that my address. I have asked for a refund. Still waiting. Would not use again.
