They just stole your money, never use this company corrupted.

not possible to buy load and pay with paypal there is always a error message.

This ezetop unlimited company was stolen my money on my my debit card

I had never heard of this company until this week when some money was paid to them from my current account. I don’t have an account with PayPal and I have not purchased anything from Dink/Ezerop. I alerted the fraud team at my bank and the money is being returned to me. The bank have launched an investigation and told me that scammers wil try again to take money from my bank account. They said I need to monitor my account daily and report any further fraud. I also had 2 payments taken out forlG2Z. I had never heard of them either. It must be the same scammers because all the transactions took place on the same day within minutes. Watch out for these scammers!

Scam and fraud. Product doesn't work and don't return money. They use the name Ding.

Their advertisement covered my google search and appeared to be for the necessary parking booking that I was trying to make. Stupidly I gave my details believing it was for the parking booking, and I was charged. Totally unethical and manipulative.

I can't leave 1 Star but I would. This is a fraudulent company they take money and its impossible to stop them unless your bank blocks them. I was very close to closing my bank account down had they not followed my request to block the company. 3 payments were taken from my account and lucky I was refunded in full and hopefully I won't see these scammers again very stressful every 3 days money gone from my account.

Had 4 identical transactions on my bank statement from this company, never heard of them. Had to log it as fraud with bank

Signed up today to recharge my gf's phone overseas. Wouldn't let me pay at all, so I contacted support. Was told I don't meet security requirements. I LITERALLY only had signed up and was asked zero KYC questions or anything. Garbage company.

Never heard of this company or the app. Never had a conversation or online contact With anyone associated with EZETOP. Then, out of the blue, 2 identical charges + 2 international fee charrge were placed on my card on 2 succeeding days! Alerted my bank & temporarily locked the account. Maybe this company makes it too easy to use fraudulent accounts..?
I just searched and see: Waaaaay back on April 27, 2019 EZETOP was called out for allowing low charges to be run through, on random credit cards. This is apparently NOT A NEW PROBLEM. If they were aware that their system has a fault in that regard, they should fix it, OR be held accountable!! Though they may not be directly responsible for the scam, their faulty system definitely enables it! I hope my bank “goes after them big time”!

frauds stealing money from my bank notice 3 transactions from Ezetop I believe they are in on the scam as far as the 5 star reviews would not be surprised if they were all from Ezetop stay away from these thieving scum!

I do not know this company. I check out the billing name for companies I buy from. Yet, my Apple card notified me that they did not put through a transaction for $71.82 from Ezetop.com Irl. Thank goodness for banks that are up-to-date on theft control. Crazy world we live in.

The good thing about this service is, it allows you to top up your phone from almost anywhere.

The bad (sad) thing about the service is, they like to give you the run around when it comes to answering question about your account. You can never get a straight answer, that's if you can ever get to a live service representative.

I used Ezetop to reach my relatives and friends whom I cannot physically touch in different parts of the world .As the name implies EZee and convenient.Hope us customers can get discounted price soon .!!!!

No complaints. I love this service. But I think it should give out promotions. Other than that great work. Keep it up.
