your company manager... scam with 500$ recently... first he give me 100 $ in return u will get 1000 .. when i give 100$ he said u need to deposit more money. 160$ .... he said your money is stuck in our system...... that man name Michael jones.. just making making from me..he took total of 500$ from n stillasking for more money... n when i ask to give back my money he said it is not possible... infact that man said earlier if any problem happen our company have refund system... i need my 500$ back.. other wise i will complaining with police.. i have all the proof with my self.. ..

I could have given zero to ezetop but unfortunately there is no zero .. people please please beware of this crooks ... they try to use delaying tactics .. not a very good customer service . never recommend this to anyone.

They are scammers,they charged me $50 and didnt send airtime,they are fraudulent website,please beware..Dont trust them...

I do not have an account with eztop and yet just yesterday they took money from my account fraudulently!! When I contacted them I kept getting the same generic reply. They apparently cant give me any information on the number that was topped up or the country the number is in. Its rubbish.

Very dissapointed. I topup for three times, but non is success, non of it, i wasted almost RM120.00 for this call Eze topup things. Very very dissapointed. I hope i got some refund for what i've purchas and please do fix all those bug or whatever it is, or else we call this a fraud and untrustable website.

I didn't even have an account with Ding/Ezetop but my credit card was somehow charged twice by fraudsters.
The payment engine being used clearly accepts low-amount charges to random credit card numbers without the necessary authorizations. This loophole is being exploited and Ezetop/Ding are doing what exactly? Looking at the reviews on this site it's obviously an untrustworthy service. Sign up at your peril.

I received the top up I purchased with Ezetop, thankfully. The only issue is that its transaction time, it took long enough for me to worry that it might be a scam. Just make sure to use Paypal service and never input credit card details.

I had recharged my vodafone egypt number but it did not get recharged.

My top up took about 15 minutes to reflect, not bad. The only issue I had with them is the currency conversion rate: US$15 = 4,298 Nigerian Naira. That is outrageous.

Stay away this morning I checked my account and they took money from my account and have no idea about it any payment to Ding or ezetop that's fraud be aware

I created an account with them, typed in my nieces phone no. in Jamaica, selected a £10 payment with PayPal ... BUT immediately after debiting my PayPal account the message came up saying the phone no. was incorrect. If you select the wrong mobile operator or enter an invalid number Ezetop debits your account, HOWEVER Ezetop do credit your account (in my case) within 24-48hours ... i.e. you do get your money back.

Never had problem sendind airtime to Sierra Leone and Nigeria. I sent once in Burkina Faso and their local operator mess up to the max. No support from Ezetop saying it's operator fault, lying they will work on my case. At the third recall, I decided to open an issue through PayPal because I didn't have any feedback from them after 3 weeks. Stay away. It works when it works but when there's issue, you better say goodbye to your money, they won't work for you to get it back, unless you harass them. Chat windows when in a chat session are always closing suddenly when you request support and, obviously, no trace of the conversation.

Fraudulent company.I did a $50 to up to my mom.She never received the top up.Ezetop argued with me saying she got it.The told me the operator had the money.Each time I had a chat online with “customer representative “ they told me they were looking into the matter.They all had different stories.I am going to file a fraudulent transaction with my bank so I can get my money back.I have never had this issue .I have done business with this company for 7 years.This is the last time I deal with these crooks.They deserve to be in jail.I will report them to federal authorities.Stay away from these fraudulent people.

I am basing my review on my personal experience with top-ups to Digicel, and my survey of others reviews of Ezetop/Ding. Digicel uses Ezetop Unlimited Company t/a Ding to process top-ups.
I have sent 6 or 7 top-ups over the past few years to Jamaican numbers through a Digicel website. No problems, therefore 5 stars.
I have always processed payment with PayPal. If you don’t want to get scammed, don’t give your credit card or banking info to merchants, use a service like PayPal. Simple.
My impression of Ezetop after reading all the highly negative reviews on this site leeds me to believe Ezetop should not be trusted. Therefore, no stars.

This are a bunch of corrupt criminals.For a first time i met an online company with guts.

Well, I really enjoyed the 3 transactions charged on my account this weekend....very nice, above board company-Not! Keep an eye on your accounts folks-not just these guys, I got hit by three of these types. Happy Holidays! Peace!
