EZ Living Furniture - Carlow Reviews 

I made a purchase recently in the EZ living store in Carlow. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and was greeted by very nice and friendly staff . I dealt with a lovely lady called Lisa . Lisa went above and beyond for me. I was looking to purchase a few items and was open to look at a few options . Lisa asked me what I was looking for and asked me details of the room etc. Any option I was recommended I loved and she was very knowledgeable of her products . I left delighted with my purchase and will definitely be returning and could not recommend Lisa more.

Terrible customer service in Carlow store. I went in to have a look for a table and chairs and all i could hear was a loud lady at the till having a chat with who I imagine was her friend. I wasn't greeted the whole time I was in there and I was just walking around trying to find somebody else with no luck. All I could hear the whole time was this ladies conversation as she was that loud. I was very disappointed as I had found a nice table and chairs I liked at the back. But after a while I gave up and didn't want to give them my custom. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to the new store coming to Carlow. I won't be back .

Siobhan was so helpful, there were multiple customers in the store and she was very efficient without anyone being rushed. Gave everyone the help and informatiom they needed. Great product knowledge and a good people skills too.
There aren't enough Siobhans working in customer service.

Hi . I Was in your Carlow store last week. I was dealing with sharon c . Sharon was lovely and polite. She’s a perfectionist at at her job you definitely know she enjoys what she dose . Gave me loads of ideas . I left very happy with my purchases . Definitely be back again .

Lisa was very helpful and pleasant in the carlow store...she spend a lot time going through the comfort and fillings in the suites and chairs....I purchased a lovely cuddle chair and matching 3 seater couch..very pleased with service and lisa expertise ...

Today, on 6th March 2024 with my partner we experienced one of the greatest customer services at EZ Living, Carlow. Sharon who was a great help to put an end on our years long searching for a suitable mattress had shown emphaty and understanding towards us. She wasn't at all hesitant and asked well timed questions so we could quickly move on from one to an other. It was clearly visible she is knowledgeable in her role. She went through with everything we need to know about the care and maintenance of the bed, mattress and pillows we choose.
I can't recommend the newly opened place enough!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa in Carlow today, couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She was very attentive and professional. I will definitely be back to shop with Lisa again.
