Wrong billing
We bought a new mattress and the lady was lovely. However, when I checked the invoice they had charged us for 2 pillows that were supposed to be free. Also, we were told at time of purchase that the removal of our old mattresses would cost 29€ per piece, which I confirmed again today when I called them. When I got the link to pay the balance, I see that they charged me 39€ per piece for the removal!

Outstanding Service
From the first phone call to the Carlow branch, the lady on the phone could not do enough to assist me. This continued right through to delivery, the staff were excellent, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Honestly cannot fault them in any way. When they say they will be there at a certain time, they are on time. I will never shop anywhere else.
