First time in the Carlow store.
I was in the Carlow store today for the first time, I was just in the area and dropped in. While I didn't purchase anything on this occasion, I will most definitely return. I was greeted by two smiling members of staff as I entered and was later assisted by a lady called Carol. She went out of her way to help me but was in no way pushy. Other stores that I was in today could take a few lessons off Carol.

Nothing easy about Easy Living orders from this experience!
Bought 4 x cushions. Lovely cushions but delivery took an age. As soon as I got notice of the delivery I drove to the other side of two to 'Easy Living Interiors' to pick up my cushions but to my surprise, the cushions weren't at Easy Living Interiors, they were at 'Easy Living Furniture' back across town. Decided I only needed 3 not 4 cushions so went back to the store to return one. I was advised that because I ordered online they couldn't process the return. They would take the cushions but I needed to email the online store to advise them I had returned the cushion. The store would also then email the online store to advise they got the cushion and it was in a good condition to approve the returns. Awaiting confirming of the refund. In the meantime, Easy Living has emailed me twice to review the service, once, before the order was even received to the store! Nothing easy about Easy Living orders from this experience!
