New Sofa
I just ordered a new sofa and i was dealing with Izabel in Airside. Such a friendly kind helpful staff member.

My experience was mostly great
My experience was mostly great. However I was not impressed by one member of staff who started to talk to customers he knew whilst I tried to activate a gift card and though I waited and waited for him to turn back to me I eventually had to ask another member of staff to complete my order. The first member of staff then proceeded to walk away to help his customer/friends without so much as a goodbye or apologie, any other members of staff 3 in total over the course of a week were exceptionally polite friendly and helpful.

Faux leather chairs
We have been left so disappointed by EZ living customer service. We purchased dining chairs 5 years ago but only put them in our home 4 years ago. They are disintegrating daily, even without daily use. They are peeling at the seat area and at the back. I have contacted EZliving and asked if they could help us in ANY way as these chairs are clearly a faulty batch and really are not fit for purpose. They said the chairs only had a 1 year warranty so there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing when you spend so much money in store buying dining table and chairs. I would highly recommend that nobody purchases faux leather chairs at EZ LIVING.

I bought a beautiful assessory, two hands in a heart shape and I wanted to buy another one. I rang Ez-Living and spoke to Yohander, he said he had one left and would put it by for me. I met Yohander when I went to pick it up and he was so lovely and helpful.
