Sales staff were so helpful and efficient without any pressure. Everything was as discussed. Follow up excellent. Delivery was exactly as promised. Accurate times given and tracker facility was very helpful. Delivery men were helpful and courteous and removed packaging. Altogether a good experience and no negatives.

Joan looked after us yesterday and she was a breath of fresh air. We received old school service, she was professional, friendly and gave us a very personal service which generally is a thing of the past.
I would love to clone Joan and take several of her to uk to work with us. We left the shop very happy and feeling up lifted.

Really comfortable store and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m doing a large renovation and needed a number of items and the team were really helpful in picking the right items and advising us on timelines. Izabela specifically was really great. Highly recommend!
