Could do better..
I felt that although I made a purchase I had to compromise on my choices of colour and style because you didn't have enough choices in store or available on line.... plus it would help certain customers greatly if you considered putting in a toilet for customers with health issues to use ie Cancer patients etc who (like me) frequently need a bathroom. When I enquired if I could use the toilet I was told to use Mc Donald's fast food outlet. Thats an extremely poor customer service....

We are pleased to hear that you did make a purchase with us, but we’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
In relation to your comment on not having enough choice, we have a very large range of furniture and products available both in our stores and online, although our stores do vary in size, meaning some locations are able to display a wider selection than others.
We appreciate that this can sometimes mean that we don’t have every option available to suit every customer’s individual taste and requirements.
We are also very sorry to hear about your experience when you asked to use a customer toilet. We fully appreciate that, particularly for customers with medical conditions or additional health needs, access to bathroom facilities can be extremely important.
Unfortunately, not all of our stores have customer toilet facilities, but we absolutely appreciate that being directed to use a nearby fast-food outlet was not the most appropriate or considerate response but I am sure the team member was trying to be helpful and advise where the closest public toilet was for you - We are so sorry for the inconvenience and upset this caused.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.
