The sales team were very welcoming
The sales team were very welcoming. The sales associate Gary was very helpful and friendly. He was able to find the product we had gone in for and although not available in store showed us further images/video on the item and a comparative item to see size and comfort.

I would like to give a well-deserved shout-out to Yohander and Sam at the EZ Living store in Airside Retail Park. Every time I visit the store, they are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help.
They consistently go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience, offering helpful advice and making the whole shopping process easy and enjoyable. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them, and they genuinely care about making sure customers leave happy.
The outstanding customer service is the main reason I keep coming back to this store. It's clear that Yohander, Sam, and the rest of the team enjoy what they do, and that positivity shows in the way they treat every customer.
