By a neighbours intervention, regarding my recent concerns over poor and inconsistent servicing, I attended this garage,
Simon J Del Espino typified what was to come, from him and his staff. - Old School attentiveness and Service. Staff clearly happy and attentive, and moreover- required parts, sourced and ordered immediately, in contrast to our recent experience, -Our problems disappeared and were gone in a day and a half. Spotless environment, for waiting customers and clear visual of work stations at all times.
Perfect!

The gents down here were very lovely indeed, had my service and MOT, they gave her a good going over and am happy with the findings.

Brilliant service from the Ashford branch. So impressed I recommended them to my neighbour the next day! Can find using garages a bit daunting but made to feel very comfortable here. Polite and helpful over the phone and on site. Pot holes caused damaged to two of my tyres and they helped to get my Ford Fiesta back on the road as quick as possible. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Thank you!

Totally disgusted with there so called MOT service as they failed a car on items which last year only received advisory - reporting to DVSA

Came to F1 for an MOT and the service was excellent. My daughter recommended them to me after using them previously. So glad I did - prompt service, good booking in procedure and staff were great!

Booked in for a tyre change. The guys were so easy going and chatty. Change was done quickly. Really accommodating as I had my toddler with me.

Don’t be fooled by the cheap price of the MOT. My car failed its MOT on Tuesday 11th July. Casey booked me in for Saturday for the repairs and a re-test. My husband is a bus driver and we had to do a lot of shifting around to be able to take the car in on Saturday. I arrived at 8:15 only to be told by Simon that my car had not been booked in and that it could not be done that day. We were furious as I had even spoken to Casey on the Wednesday and he confirmed it was booked in for Saturday. This has now caused my whole day to be disrupted and we have to wait until Wednesday to have it fixed. Not a good experience at all.

Really friendly, helpful and quick. Nice guys that really helped me in a fix on a Sunday just before closing. Fitted ne in with no problem, and in sweltering heat too.

I pre booked and paid for an MOT for my three year old BMW X5 M+, this was very easy and quiet impressive. However, this is where it all ended, when I arrived at the Ashford, Kent branch at 09:00 it was all locked up, the opening times were clearly displayed by the door as 08:30, at 09:09 a staff member appeared and opened, other staff then started to appear from various directions, at this point I realised there was no discipline among the staff, I got myself booked in and went to the waiting room from where the work area could be clearly seen, it was very well and extensively equipped. The staff could be seen with mugs in their hands, a brew before work commenced. Unbelievable!!
I found myself in need of the toilet facility’s, there was one common loo, it was disgusting to say the least, if and when it was last cleaned was anyone’s guess, I cleaned it the best I could as I had no choice.
When they finally got around to my MOT they found after a couple of attempts it was too big for their lifts, you couldn’t make this up, they hadn’t used any seat covers when getting into customers cars in their dirty greasy overalls. I was told, sorry, we can’t do your MOT your car’s too big for our lifts. I said so where do I stand, well we will give you a full refund, but you will have to go somewhere else!
Hasn’t anyone ever taken a BMW X5 to them before? Or is this saga repeated every time they do?
My MOT runs out in two days, I went to BMW and luckily they were able to do it for me later in the day, it cost me nearly £20 more, I was however grateful for the service.

Excellant service . Dropped off van tyre with a puncture today 9th june 2023 at 10.30am was told they was very busy . Asked if i could leave and collect at 3.30pm . The guy said that was fine . When i collected at 3.40pm tyre was fixed . I asked them tge fee and was waved away and told it was free of charge . Thank you and to all your staff that was very kind and i will pay if forward

Brilliant service, just popped in to get a engine light look at, guy was very busy but said he have a look for me, after diagnosis the fault, gave me a few solutions to the issues and was very helpful, will definitely be using there services again

I went in on the off chance to get some screws to reattach a trim that had come off the bottom of my car. They actually put the trim back on for me, no fuss, no bother, very quickly and refused payment -“as it was only a 10 minute job” in their words. It was completely unexpected and was great customer service even though I wasn’t a customer. I will be in the future. They were also excellent with my daughter who wanted to watch everything and ask questions, they engaged with her in a very friendly and relaxed way which was great to see.

Got 2 tyres fitted today at Ashford.Very efficient service, booked in yesterday and was in and out on just over half an hour. Simon was very helpful.

Easy book in, friendly staff. Very fast service. My tyre puncture couldn't be repaired and they had a well priced, food quality tyre ready to be fitted. Very fast tyre fitting.

After my previous bookings were cancelled due to a booking error on the F1 system l turned up for my booking today At 08.45 for my 9am booking and l am at 2pm still waiting for my 2 tyres to be fitted at the Brunswick road Ashford branch. No communication or apology.

They are really nice friendly and helpful, they kept me updated with everything for my car and explained things to me. There was no rush for me to collect my car once it was done due to me being a provisional licence holder they understood I had to ask others.

Ordered tyres on line, found discount code so were even cheaper. Workshop very clean and tidy. Welcoming staff and friendly service. Will use again.
