Booked online. Very competitive priced tyres. Fitted with in the hour. Friendly staff. Will be using again. Top job from start to finish.
Everything, took my vauxhall mokka x for service and mot dropped off 7 am in the morning didn't hear anything till 3pm told it had passed mot but was advised needed brake discs and pads had them checked elsewhere told nothing wrong with them, 3 tyres and coolant and brake fluid flush, opted for 4 tyres they fitted 3 summer tyres one all season tyre and broke the tpms valve sensor, and a very small hole in expansion tank water spraying on engine, very rude not helpful only wanted as much money as possible will never use them again
I called in to Formula one auto centre in St Phillips on the of chance i could get my wheel alignment done as I was of to Devon the next day. Despite the branch being really busy they managed to fit me in and do the job without any fuss, The chap who served me was Mo he was being trained at the time to use the booking system, If it hadn't been for the area manager telling me has was on training I never would have known.
i can't praise the staff highly enough,
Really impressed, the guy changing the tyres Cameron noticed an issue which I was unaware of regarding my tyres which I was unaware of. Not only explaining the situation but showing me so I could see what he was saying. Also the guy managing the outlet was really helpful too.
Popped in to get a puncture fixed on a Sunday. Glad they were open, great friendly customer service and fixed really quickly.
Amazing service from olly and Chris in Bristol. Such a viable people to the team
St Phillips, Bristol, Formula One, Autocenter is absolutely the best. They work professionally and efficiently and are very accommodating if you just drive past and pop in with a problem. The assistant manager, Mike is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and is dedicated to his job, working on his days off to ensure that customers are served efficiently and expertly. I’ve been using this garage for nearly 15 years and I would never consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend Phillips Formula One.
I thought in formula 1 they changed your tyres in under 5 seconds.
Well I left my car at their tyre depot at 11am Monday morning with the promise by the afternoon my very run of the mill Peugeot 208 would have a new front tyre and a new spare. Fast forward to Tuesday night and several phone calls later by myself and various other promises it is still there with no tyres fitted and moving into Wednesday morning the hope that I should be able to drive away by mid morning. Now I am a busy person and need my car to get about. I think its fair to say that this is probably the worst tyre company on the planet and they should change their name from formula one to forever waiting. I wonder what the excuse will be tomorrow. Probably my car has proven to been to much of a challenge and that Peugeot 208s with 15inch tyres are to popular so they thought they would order them from France 🇫🇷

Easy transaction on booking the tyre service, arrived 15 mins before appointment time, dealt with promptly and a good level of courtesy.
Compared with Kwikfit where it a pressure sale as soon as your car is lifted. i'll be going back to Formula one
What a brilliant team. My Nan recommended Formula 1 to me a few years ago and her advice never fails! I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Formula 1 Bristol, St Philips. EVERY time I have visited they have been kind, friendly and super helpful. They are flexible and always aim to accommodate me. I don't think I've ever visited without having a giggle with them. Top tier levels of customer service and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Well, nearly a year to write this review just to confirm my suspicion
I took my car in for a service Bristol (St Phillips) April 23' just a few weeks after I had passed my MOT with no advisories (through a different garage). Day 1 of dropping car off for a service first thing in the morning I did not hear back from them till I called them at 16:00. They stated they hadn't done the service as they were missing a part (despite me booking 10 days in advance). Anyway dropped my car off again on day two and this time they called to say i need ALL FOUR sets of discs and brakes replacing at a cost of over £700. I didn't believe it for a second, and stated I am only paying for the service I wanted, no other work to be done. Once I arrived to pick my car up I was told by the guy on reception that 'he wouldn't drive it if he was me' and the technician who handed me the key stated it would likely last less than a week before failing. I felt they were trying to pressure me into the work but again I said no. Fast forward to today I have had no issues at all with the brakes throughout the year and have just passed an MOT through Bristol Council Fleet Services with an advisory on a tyre, no issue at all with the brakes on the test. I firmly believe it is in the best interest of garages to tell you that need work doing and formula 1 is probably not the only ones to be wary of. I offer advise if you are Bristol based to use the council run MOT test centre as they do not carry out any repair work and are therefore impartial by default, then take your car for a service elsewhere soon after, safe in the knowledge you are aware of any potential issues. If you find yourself in a situation where you are being quoted for a lot of work you were not expecting during a routine service then it is absolutely worth a second opinion or even quote elsewhere.
EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED GOT MY SERVICE DONE AN KEPT ME INFORMED ON PROGRESS THANK YOU
I went for emoti, they say gonna stay 1hour and half until gonna be ready and they will call me,oviously no one call and when i arrive there they say even they didn't make the mot because they realise have something with the suspension and i should go to fix it somewhere else and after comme back,so my question is what kind of garage is this,or at least why they didn't make the mot and fail me,just waste my time, horrible, not recommended at all

Very cool reception and customer service
Very reliable friendly professional communication
rang up and they where able to fit me straight in.
very friendly and great customer service - would recommend
These guys are so helpful!
Twice now I've been in for them to check a wheel for me due to tyre pressure loss and both times they've done it free of charge. They've also done suspension work for me in the past, are always helpful and friendly - do interest free payments too which is an added bonus. Highly recommend for your wheels/tyres/suspension needs!

Thanks you so much to the men at formula one autocentres Bristol BS307ER. Can thank them enough for their swift support and changing out brake light bulbs.
Highly recommend! Guys are really helpful and friendly, great price and they actually care about your car, Thanks!
Generally faultless service from our local branch.
Shambles of a company. St Philips, Bristol branch changed a shock absorber and adjusted tracking. On collecting the door they had misplaced my jack and tyre weld and broken a £50 paving slab that was in my boot. And added a dent to my rear door! Branch denied all knowledge of this. Tracking was not fine as car drive worse then before it went in. Complaint to HO did gauge a response and eventually an offer if £30 in vouchers. Tracking price was also eventually refunded after chasing them again. Branch manager at St. Philips even said I’d made it all up and they’d check CCTV which they did but it conveniently hadn’t captured by car. HO tried to resolve as best as they could but this branch IMHO is not to be trusted.
