Awesome - they have nailed customer service!

Nail in tyre = slow puncture.

Arbury Fast-Fit Tyres & Exhausts said a new tyre was required (£110) and would not repair it.

ATS were busy but sent me over the road to Formula One.

Formula One? Service while you wait - puncture repaired swiftly and professionally.

And then - incredibly - Richard said that since I had had a rotten day, having been first to Arbury Fast-Fit who wanted to sell me a new tyre and then to ATS who were too busy, it was on them.

Just had a puncture fixed and was really pleased with the friendly and efficient service. Judging by how busy they are, other people seem to have noticed too! We've also used them for full service/MOT before, and they are always reliable and the prices are reasonable.

I came in with a slow puncture and we rearranged a time later in the day to see to it as they were so busy. When I returned my car was dealt with very quickly and it looks like an excellent job they have done sorting out a small kink in the wheel rim .Thanks so much !

At 5pm I discovered a large piece of metal in my tyre. Formula 1 being the closest, I stopped there. Staff said they were super busy and couldn't help me til the following day, so busy they even suggested going to a competitor over the road. Leaving car on their forecourt whilst asking competitor, to find they were closing for the day.
On my return to car, Andy the manager came out. He said he would sort it out. It was pouring down with rain and couldn't see me stranded.
The service was First Class. I am extremely grateful for their help. This is the second time I have visited Formula 1 with a problem, and I will certainly make them my garage of choice. Thanks guys!

I got a flat tyre, and they fixed it in a second (there was a screw in), without having to replace the tyre. They checked also the tyres condition and the pressure, as courtesy. Amazing service!!

Ordered a tyre to be fitted went to appointed tyre not available. Had to buy a tyre a lot more expensive. I would be a lower except for Richard being so helpful and sorting what he could

Always a great service from Formula One on Histon Road. Have been using them for over 6 years for my tyres and MOTs with no issues. Always competitively priced.

Great, quick and friendly service. Even though I asked them to replace the wrong tyre they went to the effort to put it right straight away, and at no additional cost. Would whole heartedly recommend them.

Great friendly help when my battery had died on a Sunday, even though they were extremely busy they managed to squeeze me in and get me back on the road with a new battery, no fuss just good service.

I had a rattling exhaust and Histon Road, Cambridge Branch were really busy on a Saturday midday. I just needed someone to look at it so I jumped the queue and, then they fixed the rattle with a new washer and didn’t charge a penny.

These guys were friendly, helpful and quick, and they didn't make me feel like and idiot because I don't know much about cars. Also they are just around the corner, so very convenient too. The price seemed fair, and they kept me informed of what they intended to do. I've taken the car there a couple of times and I expect I'll be back there again.

I can’t praise Formula One highly enough for helping me out of a tight spot this weekend. My car was vibrating and my brake smoking when I pulled into a gas station in Duxford. I was down from Aberdeen and found F1 online, thinking they wouldn’t be able to help me. Instead they had me bring it to them (slowly!), got it up on the lift, and tried to get a new caliper but the Honda dealer wasn’t open. So they unsiezed it, greased it, and got it working again! I’ll need to get it replaced but they got me in the road again and I got safely to my destination . I can’t thank them enough - especially Richard, who was so kind and super helpful, and the mechanic who did the work. I appreciate it so much - best experience I’ve ever had with a garage! They’re an absolute credit to Formula One.

Had my rear brakes replaced at Histon Road, Cambridge branch. The service was excellent, and the job was completed much faster than I expected. I’m very pleased with the service I received from the helpful and welcoming staff. I would certainly recommend them.
