At first I was happy with the service.they gave me a price for the work which I thought was very high for the work but agreed to have the work done and pay in 4 installments. After collecting the car and looking through the invoice it seems that I have been charged almost double the retail price for most of the parts fitted. I feel I have been ripped off and I will be warning other women to be very careful if they use them!!

Big thank you to the guys at Formula One Autocentres for helping me out of a situation.
My battery, on the car, decided to die and I managed to make my way to the centre, but daren't turn the engine off as I was so sure that the engine would not start again.
The guys were so kind and let my husband, who is not only disabled but has dementia, sit in the lounge. Very quickly, a new battery was sourced, excellent quote given, battery delivered and fitted and we were on our way.
Can't recommend the gentlemen enough and have already verbally spread the word about the excellent service we received. Definitely use your service again. Thank you
Last time I booked my car for MOT and service here I drove off and found the car pulling heavily to the left. I called up immediately and Madi the manager said they had performed a wheel alignment and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I was late for a meeting so had to keep driving. The car was pulling heavily off to the left for over a month as I had to travel with the vehicle and was just dangerous.
Then a service light came on on the dashboard so I called up Madi at F1 Services Chichester and explained the service light was on and the car needed to be booked in to be fixed. I also explained the car was still pulling heavily over to the left. Madi tried to explain that this was due to the camber of the road which was an assessment based only on idleness.
Maddie said that I needed to book the car in for a full service in order to fix the service light. And after a few days, I came to collect the car and drove off spending £450 on it only to find that the service light was still off. This time I had decided to drive around the block anticipating that the job had not been done properly. I drove back to the garage and explained the service light was still on and that this was the second time into visits that I had left the premises without the car being fixed as requested and charged a lot of money. I was shouted out and told that I never reported there was a service late. Shouted out and told to leave the premises if I had this attitude. I was told to call head office if I had a problem which I did and reported Maddie to them.
I’m sitting here writing this while a large scrap metal recycling truck has parked diagonally across an entrance way which would’ve otherwise let two vehicles go through. So once again I’m late for my meetings because I’m either waiting for half an hour for Maddie to stop talking to his friends and answer the phone or potentially driving a dangerous car that hasn’t been fixed as requested. This guy is a child. Do not work with him.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Reece and all the team at Formula One. Earlier this week my car broke down just outside their centre. Without asking, they came out to see what was wrong and if they could help. They managed to get my car off the road safely, take a look at it for me (there and then) and remedy the problem. I would have been completely stuck without them. I will certainly be using them again and cannot recommend them enough.
The service I received from Reece at Formula One Autocentre in Chichester was excellent. From the helpful advice on the phone right through to the actual work was first rate. I was recommended to go to Formula One Chichester and I have already started to recommend them to others. Thank you Reece.
Had 2 tyres and wheel alignment done. Took an hour and a half. Had a comfortable room to wait in where you can watch the work being done if you want to. Tv for entertainment. Staff were friendly. It can be very daunting as a female on your own having work done on a car but I felt well looked after and everything was explained so that I understood.
Great service - best price and efficient, professional approach. Excellent!
MOT and other work including fitting parts supplied by me. Decent price and good to deal with. Will be going back for more work.
Had new tyre all round on our Focus RS,the team were all amazing and took extra time and care to deliver an excellent service even undid the bolts without using a power toll at my husbands request, Cannot recommend them enough from Shane on MOT’s to all the lads there such a professional team headed by Andy. She you soon all.
Superb customer service at the Chichester branch, nothing too much trouble. After a bad experience at my local National Tyres branch regarding a headlight adjustment, the guys at the Formula One Autocenter not only adjusted and aligned my headlights, they also fixed what National Tyres had broken during they’re attempt with my headlights, can highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future.
Just like to thank Chichester branch for an excellent service today. I turned up near closing time and nothing was too much trouble, puncture fixed and back on the road.
Definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.
Went into Chichester for service, spent £800 and got the car back damaged. Went in to see manager who just got aggressive, lied and told me to take them to court or claim on my own insurance. Apparently they dont own there fourcourt and its a public carpark that anyone can park in. I was told they have cctv everywhere so went in and they showed me a very poor picture from 1 camera that only showed someone driving it from the inside of the door to the ramp. When i asked to see the footage of the mechanic going out to get the car to see how long
It took from him going out to the car before driving it in the manager wouldn't show me, claiming some rubbish about GDPR and that he might of stood outside for a while having a break or a cigarette before bringing it in. Clearly covering something up. I Tried to contact area manager who never got back to me so my advise would avoid this branch completely unless you like being shouted at and you dont mind them damaging your car. Avoid

Excellent service and an MOT that I can trust .. BUT WHY OH WHY when you do a free wheel alignment check can you not print out the result and give it to me. Someone at reception telling me it was fine is just not good enough. How can I see if it has changed from my last check if I dont have any results.
Great service and value for money for basic motoring needs. Recommend!
Carried out the service then MOT, kept me up to date with the additions needed. Unfortunately missed some simple items like stamping the book and resetting the service indicator. Just seemed to set a tone of doing the minimum on the checklist.
Mot was due on Saturday booked online at chichester f1 noticed the cv boot had split and leaking on Friday phoned f1 they said no problem still bring it in and we will do the cv boot and move the mot to Wednesday work all done cheap price no hassle they are always so helpfull and go out of there way to help you professional and pollite know what there talking about wish they did welding as i need some done don't want to go any where else for work on my van as i trust only them will alwayes go to them there the best thanks f1 chichester brilliant
Not trustworthy, be aware. Pre-ordered tyres, I was quoted a price on the phone & when it came to paying the bill they tried to charge me a higher price- I had my paperwork with the quoted price -no apology for the 'error' I felt that this was something they often do -they were just trying it on.
They also informed me that the alignment on my vehicle was out & they could fix it for £60+. I asked how much the alignment was out by & they were very sketchy which made me suspicious -I have since taken my car to another garage to be checked (if it had been out they would have charged £30 only to realign) -I was shown the computers & the alignment is absolutely fine & spot on with the manufactures suggestions!
My mum & sister have both used F1 for new tyres & paid for the alignment - again something they clearly say is always an issue even if its not as a quick & easy way to make money.
I never write reviews but feel that this company were just trying to rip people off.

Booked in to Chichester F1 Centre as they'd previously been very helpful when I needed a new tyre.
MOT went smoothly, great customer service and they are now my new go-to garage 😁
Booked in through RAC but had to wait an hour and a half for two tyres to be changed and tracked.
If you have all day, help your self
