Booked in for an MOT, Richard called prior to say I could bring it down earlier which was a bonus. Sadly, failed on some parts but quoted me a good price and got the job done by the end of the day for me, thank you to Richard and his team, I will return when the dreaded MOT comes around again! My car broke down while I was at work and had to call RAC for recovery and transportation to the nearest garage. Despite the late hour of 2 am, I arrived at Formula One Autocentres, though it was closed. I left the vehicle in front of their Colville branch with a note detailing the situation. When the branch opened at 8:30 in the morning, I returned and spoke with the staff. They were happy to accept the car even though no notice was given or appointment was made. Prior to starting the repairs they contacted me to ensure I agreed with everything and the pricing. As soon as the work was finished they called me to go and take the car. Upon arrival, Cristian was waiting to return the keys, and we were soon back on the road. I was impressed by their efficiency in resolving the issue promptly and I got the the car back in excellent condition. I highly recommend their service and will certainly return if needed in the future.

After being pushed off the road I had a ripped tyre, this was as the branch was closing. They were amazing, did all they could to help at the last minute and got me back on the road. Brilliant service and dedication !! So grateful

Booked the car in for 2 new front tyres. The guys were very polite and knowledgeable. Showed me that the tracking was way out on the computer. So I got them to correct it. Cost me extra, but worth it! Very reasonably priced on tyres. Went for a premium brand. Will be going to the Coalville branch in future!

I had a puncture on route to work (Leicester) this morning and stopped off at the nearest place (here.) I was overwhelmed by how responsive the staff were at sorting the puncture and getting me back on my way in a quick and effective manner. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come here again for any car issues! 100% recommend! Thank you!

He was incredibly helpful ( I had a screw in my tyre that required a full replacement) Richard kept me informed throughout and made a very stressful situation, manageable. Got my car dropped by RAC after one of the coil springs broke on my car the staff where very respectful after I have just dropped my broken car at their place without a booking. They found out all the wrong parts and managed to get them replaced in no time absolutely amazing service and massive respect to them for all the communication and work that they have done to put me back on the road.

The guys at Formula One Coalville are great. Helped me out when I had a puncture, took a look straight away and got me booked in and sorted promptly. Although a small job, I’ll be back for when my tyres need replacing in a few month. The guys are a credit to the company. Thank you!

Took my car there last weekend as I had a puncture.
I was seen to straight away and was back out the door within 30 mins.
Fast and excellent service and friendly staff.
Will certainly go back if, I unfortunately have more car troubles.

I do not normally give out 5 stars but I think Richard and the Coalville branch deserve it. I had an issue with my tyre monitor sensor. I went to the Coalville Branch and Richard with the help of his little machine soon identified the issue. It was 8.30am and the part was ordered. Richard hoped to have the part delivered to him that day. Late on Saturday I had a call to say the part had been ordered but the dealer was not coming out to their branch that day. Richard then had the part delivered to the branch in Leicester where he arranged to collect it that evening. On Sunday I received a call and was booked in to have the senor changed at 11.30. By noon I was home with everything sorted - the price was reasonable as well. Great customer service.

Both our cars have been in to the Coalville centre recently and both times the service has been absolutely outstanding. The guys went above and beyond both times and have certainly gained our loyalty. Thank you Coalville team.

My wife's Mini Cooper SD 2014 has had a slight steering pull to the N/S since she's had it, 3 years. It's been into 2 different alignment centre, with no joy. Popped into Coalville F1 centre and it's sorted 👍👍. Spoke to Gary the technician, fully explained the problem and how he'd sorted it. Spot on, very pleased with both the outcome and customer service.
Will certainly use them again.
Just for the record, I'm a retired motor vehicle mechanic, so this is praise indeed.
