Formula One Autocentres - Coalville Reviews 

Turned up at 14:00 on a Sunday (open until 16:00). Went into reception and asked if someone could look at a tyre for me. I was told to come back tomorrow. I said I think it’s only a repair, insinuating I’d be grateful if they could have a look. And was told again to come back tomorrow. Surely someone could have had a quick look, advised whether it could be repaired, and booked me in properly for tomorrow? Especially frustrating as there were several staff standing around, not appearing to be particularly busy. Felt like poor customer service and I’ll be going to my usual place tomorrow.

Seemingly ok job done with tyres and MOT. Customer service not great though booked a specific time to be told it wouldn't be ready for hours later, only for it to sit on the forecourt for half that time.
Therefore the original appointment time was completely pointless, they could have rang and let me know to drop it off later. Why did it need to sit there on the forecourt for 90 mins doing nothing?

Staff are extremely kind and informative, when i was becoming a little agitated (due to not understanding the faults), Brad took me to actually show me what they were describing and explained in a way I understood. Reception lady also extremely helpful and friendly. Always a great service at a reasonable price.

Now that Brad is back in the coalville branch I will definitely be using here on a regular basis. Unfortunately there was around a year where the guy on the front desk was not very polite or helpful and sometimes downright arrogant and rude. Today I walked in to a relaxed atmosphere and great service. Thanks Brad and the lads for bringing back a top service 👏

I dropped my car in without notice due to having a punctured tyre on the way to work. F1 Autocentres were able to take my car in as they knew I was in a bit of a predicament. They were completely honest with me and said they wouldn't be able to look at my car until at the end of the day because I hadn't booked in advance. I appreciated the honesty as I knew where I stood. The chap that server me was called Brad and he was excellent under difficult circumstances. He was having to handle everything on his own due to waiting for a new hire to start work. Excellent at multitasking in a busy environment F1 Autocentre are lucky to have him.

After a puncture late Saturday night, I wasn’t expecting a quick fix on Sunday morning. Despite being fully booked, they managed to fit me in and sorted everything quickly and professionally.

Their helpfulness and efficiency saved my day. Highly recommend them for top-notch service and going the extra mile!

Popped in as car developed a fault whilst driving, quickly accommodated, sorted the fault and had us back on the road in half an hour. outstanding service and brilliant value for money.

We've recently started using our local garage for repairing our work vehicles.
So far so good, Brad is always super good at communicating with us in relation to progress updates and collection days/times.
They are now our go-to garage for all of our fleet vehicles. Thank you

I discovered on Saturday lunchtime that, after standing in the rain for a week, my car's brakes were making a hideous noise. The car was needed to drive to Stansted very early Tuesday morning. These guys (sorry, didn't get names) fitted me in right away (others were unable/unwilling to help), showed me the state of my (original) 8 year old brakes, got the parts and, with 2 guys working on it, the car was fixed, tested and home by 4pm. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly came to my rescue in a crisis. Thank you! I have already recommended you many times.

Had 2 tyres fitted Sunday AM.
To my amazement, they wanted an extra £28 to clean up the rims of corrosion before fitting the tyres. It would have been 2 mins per wheel! I wasn't charged this when I had 2 tyres fitted last year and the rims were sanded then aswell. I thought it was standard for any tyre fitter to do this as part of the fitting.
Very reluctant to use again in the future!

Having had a bad run of fortune with another servicing company, it was a pleasant surprise to have my car repaired and serviced by F1 Coalville. They clearly explained what was needed to get the repairs done and the cost.All the staff I met were cheerful and attentive.

A solid 5* service as always from the Formula One Autocentre branch in Coalville! These guys add real credit to the branch - Rich, Christian and now Brad who is back in action!!! Thanks Gents and keep it up… Been using this branch since it opened and will continue doing so :)

Great got my car in for MOT in a few days it failed but they got the work done same day before I finished work was able to drive again thanks so much

Got 2 tyres, balancing and aligment. Also gas for the A/C. Excellent experience, I would definitely recommend them to friends.
Great service. Felt well looked after. Good prices too.
Suggestion: Perhaps find a better way to man / serve the front desk. Perhaps a bell or a camera. People has to wait and a bit (not a problem) and not being sure if someone is coming (that's the problem). Don't get me wrong, it comes from a good place. 🙂

I received first class customer service from centre manager Richard. I had a blow out in my Porsche going across local train line and limped my way to the site. Richard checked my car and sourced me a tyre but I needed to get off site sooner. Richard allowed me to wait on site until I was recovered some hours later. Even though I didn’t make a purchase on this occasion I was still made to feel welcome, you often dread going into Tyre service centres due to lack of customer care but not at this site.

I booked an MOT test online. When I arrived at Formula One, the gentlemen on the reception desk asked for my key and said I could wait if I wished. So I sat on one of the nice comfy chairs in the large clean reception. Less than an hour later I was handed my pass certificate.
Excellent, well organised. I was so pleased that I went there. I would highly recommend Formula One.

Dealt with Richard and Gary for tyres and MOT at Coalville branch today. Couldn’t be happier, brilliant service, extremely accommodating and friendly. Will be using F1 from now on. Top job lads, thanks a million for the 5 🌟 service, highly recommend. Daz/Tesla
