First time using this garage and will definitely be back, needed my tyres pressures doing and my oil checking , guys did it for me straight away, Liam explained everything he had done, and was no charge. Both guys were brilliant.

My work van broke down on a Saturday dinner time with a suspected starter motor issue. Darren and is colleagues diagnosed the issues with the van. He order the parts needed and worked through the Sunday to get me back on the road ready for work Monday morning. Amazing service and I'm so grateful. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Had a flat tyre and was suggested Formula 1 by the AA. Called and spoke to Darren who told me to come in straight away. My car was in and sorted within half an hour. The service was excellent, Darren was very helpful, I would definitely recommend Formula 1 and will be coming back for a service following this very positive experience.

After having a very stressful day, one of my rear indicator lights was not working, I was told by somewhere else that is was an electrical issue within my indicator not just the bulb. I went to Formula one very stressed, and they said they couldn’t help as they was fully booked with other cars which I understood. But with me being at work for the next week and travelling up and down the motorway, I was worried I would get into an accident with my indicator not working. I then sat in my car and got upset, one of the mechanics noticed this and came over and said he would have a look at it shortly, he calmed me down and reassured me. He fixed it eventually and then to even make this experience better, they didn’t charge me for it, which I appreciated very much but did not expect with them going out their way, I would have happily have paid anything as they helped me a lot. So not only do they fix your cars, the customer service is the best I’ve received in a long time and it’s very rare these days. Would highly recommend to anyone with any issue with their car, this place can help!

We regularly use the Coalville Branch of Formula one to service and MOT our 2 vehicles. The manager and staff at this branch are always friendly and helpful. Communication is good, if there are any problems they call and discuss the issues with you before carrying out the work. We are happy customers, keep up the good work.

Couldn’t have asked for better service! My car failed it’s MOT which made me panic as I was going away at the weekend, but Darren was fantastic and got it on the road again in no time. Great garage that I trust 100%!
