Cannot sing my praises enough for Brad and the team... been using them for a while now as I find them kind friendy and always make time to deal with all 3 of our vehicle emergencies... 'can you just take a look at...' calls. Reply is ALWAYS pop it in let's take a look for you. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else now. New tyres, flat tyres, punctures, exhausts, brakes, window problems, the list is endless. Treated with respect by a friendly happy team. Lovely reception to wait in. What more can we ask. My 'car anxiety' drops the minute the keys are handed over the desk to you guys ... thank you ... it means a lot :)

I have been to this garage multiple times and Brad and the team have always looked after my car in the best way possible! Nothing is ever a trouble for them and they will make time to help in emergencies! Cannot rate these guys high enough! :)

My car failed it’s MOT at Kwik fit and some of the work that needed doing they couldn’t do, I called formula one in Coalville and spoke to Darren, I felt so taken care of, was having a panic as on maternity leave and the repairs could’ve been very very costly but he assured me he would try his best to not cost me the earth. Darren was a diamond, sorted my car with no hassle was done on the day, reasonably priced for very good work, really lovely person to interact with. Brad the manager was also lovely and the whole experience I was so at ease and informed, so much so I’m going back to have tyres done there and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else now!

Booked in for an interim service and asked for them to look at an oil leak - which was in fact a oil pressure switch that needed replacing. They informed us immediately, got the part, fitted it and we collected the following day. The car is running smoothly without a hitch. The guys at the garage - namely Darren - are very personable and great mechanics too. Will be returning and recommending to family and friends.

I have given my vehicle for repair to Coalville centre and the garage has completely messed up my vehicle and have made it a non-runner. To begin with, i have given my car as it had fuel pipe leak on the engine side and one of your engineer has told that they need some time to look at the car which initially was a day but it took nearly 4 days for them to look at the car, however he said we need to change the whole pipe and needed to be order from BMW directly and the whole pipe needs to be changed. Which then has been ordered accordingly in the same week, since then I have been calling pretty much every day to know the status on fixing it (every time I called, I had a same response that they are looking into it and they are busy with other vehicles, no update after that unless I call. I even have been told that I should stop calling. I have made a complaint from your website upon which I received a call) but I think it was a week later or so I had a call from the garage saying they have fixed it and have started the car which ran for about 30 min and it stopped and they are trying to figure out why it stopped, probably air bubble has formed – if so they should open the engine or petrol hose and suck the air out.

It is basic sense that to remove any air bubbles we refuel it and drain it which your mechanics have clearly missed. As per BMW diagnosis - this has caused the fuel spikes and pushed those metal spikes into the engine and damaged the whole car – it is fairly new vehicle and Formula One Auto centre has taken the car to repair it knowing they don’t have the expertise to repair it, kept if for more than it is needed, why take the car if you done have the expertise and TIME to repair it – you have kept the car for at least 2 weeks – leaving the car for that long would easily have drawn some air into the system, why was the car started without refuelling, without removing the air first, without draining it. Clearly Formula One auto centre has not shown any care, attention and due-diligence in repairing my car.
End of the day BMW has quoted around £9000 to repair whereas the car value in the market was around £7500. I have lost my beloved car and have lost the whole value.

What a fantastic service!! Brad, Daz and the Team were able to identify an issue where others could not!

I took my Mini Cooper S in for an issue with the tracking which had been attempted to be put right twice by another well known garage. The Team quickly realised it was not simply a mechanical adjustment that was required but also an electronic recalibration also

The guys took it on multiple test drives to get it right and nothing was too much trouble

The car is now perfect, drives like new with a straight steering wheel and it handles like it should

I will be taking my car back for it's regular serving and service items from now on

May 2021 new three part clutch fitted to my car, this June 2022 no clutch on my car, slave cylinder is leaking which is part of the three part clutch fitted and paid for last May. So Formula 1 claim they have given a 2 year guarantee on 2 pieces of the clutch and 1 year on the 3rd part. So the result is for me to have to have a whole new 3 part clutch costing again a lot of money. This to me is like going to DFS buying a sette and a chair, with the settee covered for 2 years and the chair covered for 1 year. Very very disappointed with Formula 1 should be ashamed of themselves.

I have used the Coalville branch on a few occasions and have found them to be excellent. Very accommodating and great customer service. Always trying to get you back on the road asap. A+

I’ve used Formula one Coalville on multiple occasions now. Brad and his team have done an excellent job in sorting out a wheel noise issue I was having, road tested several times and made sure I was happy with the work carried out and kept me updated to what maybe needed and options given.

Highly recommend, this is the only garage I will bring mine and my partners car too..

Reference Rear Brembo Brake & Disc Change Out Range Rover Sport. Punctual, priced competitively, & technician (Brad) carried out the repair to my full satisfaction. What was above, & beyond was verifying 5 Safety Critical Issues identified by Sturgesses (Leicester JLR Dealership). Brad spent time checking all issues, confirming that 3 were unfounded & but should be observed for the future. Brad, has carried out work on the car twice, & has proved to be very competent.

One comment i would make is that the Team need full time front desk support. They always seem very busy, & could do with some "Customer Meet & Greet". Garages can be daunting for some customers, & it would help :)

Fantastic service from Brad and his team at the Coalville branch. It was my first service and first time using Formula One and I will definitely use them again. Brad explained everything to me and explained the costs before doing any work. I will definitely be going back when I need my next service and when my MOT is due!

Brad was amazing! We pulled in on the off chance that they could help us fix a problem with the car 300 miles away from home. He ran a quick diagnostic check on the battery and was kind, helpful and gave us some useful advice. Thank you so much.

Brad and the team at the Coalville branch sorted my Range Rover Sport dangerous brake issues and ensured the vehicle was fully checked and road worthy.

They went above and beyond to fix the issues with the brakes and hand brake and even corrected the wheel arch trim issues that had been left by another garage.

They were welcoming, considerate, highly communicative and very easy to talk to ensure that all of my worries and concerns were addressed.

They are good at their jobs and willing to assist.

Brad is a fantastic site manager and true asset to the Formula One Autocenter business.

Took my car in as a brake pad disintegrated and damaged the disc. Got a call saying that all 4 discs, pads and a caliper would need replacing. The car had its MOT by F1 in February and passed with no advisories. The work was completed (took 2 days) so I decided to question the bill afterwards as it seemed high for the parts and work carried out. The regional manager called me and said he would look into it and get back to me after the Easter holidays. No call from them so I decided to call back and see what had happened.
Regional manager informed me that the price charged was correct, but said that how they bill things isn't that straight forward. Each part has an amount of time assigned to it for fitting which determines the labour cost, so if a part has 1hr assigned for the fitting time and it takes less then it seems to me you can end up paying for the full hour.
This is not stated anywhere on the billing and while it isn't deceiving, its pretty much guesswork as to how long it has taken for the parts to be fitted at what labour cost.
Had services and MOT's done there for the last few years but this has left me with the impression that I've just been rinsed, never again.

Went along to Formula One Autocentres (Coalville) to get a flat tyre replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Great service from John (covering from the Telford branch). In and out in half an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Went to the Coalville branch today - very courteous team, very professional, great customer service.

I'll definitely use them again!
