Shocking. Took my car in for a service and it needed brake disc and pad replacement. They didn’t have the parts needed, told me they’d replaced my front pads and let me drive away. I then got a call telling me they’d made a mistake and hadn’t replaced my pads. To top it off I got my car back without an engine cover, then they tried to charge me £800 for my brake discs. I got no compensation despite spending £300 on a problem that was never fixed. When I called about my engine cover they said they couldn’t find it.

Formula one Enfield is terrible , avoid at all costs . They called me saying tyres had arrived early and could I come 2 days early for fitting. Dropped car off , came back after 90 mins to be told they had made a mistake tyres had not arrived . Went back 2 days later when they admitted this was a lie , they had just been too busy that day to fit them . Then proceeded to take over 2 hours to fit the tyres. They are clearly taking more work than they can handle and not bothered about screwing people around . Shocking customer service. Save yourself the hassle - go to Kwikfit .

Excellent service. Fast and reliable. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I knew exactly what they were doing.
Original had an appointment booked for 10:30am at 09:55 I get a call saying my appointments has now been moved to 11:30 as they had double booked me! We then get there for 11:30 they then did not start working on the car to 11:55 it then took them an hour and half to change two tyres and check the tracking as the mechanic in question was more focused on having a smoke (whilst continuing to work on my wife’s vehicle). The cherry on the cake was they left my present wife in their waiting room with no heating for well over.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid using this business and having investigated further nearly 30% of all customers seem to be facing similar levels of appalling service.

Had an mot booked for 1st November which was booked online a month before, took a days leave from work only to be told no tester is available so basically lost out on a days leave which i couldve done without. Filled out the online contact form and still no ones got back to me, been using this centre for years

Had a tyre fitting booked, got there early, 15:50, appointment 16:00, told to wait in waiting room, 16:15, receptionist walks in says, we can’t do it today, I explained the day before that I’m travelling from Bedfordshire to get there in time, to Enfield branch, no prior phone call, nothing, unbelievable, lazy, that’s all it was.

Absolutely useless, I called them a day before to explain I’m working in Bedfordshire, that I’d be there for 4pm Thursday 10th October (today) on arrival 15:55, after leaving work early, I was I could wait in the waiting room, I sat in there, while there was one car in their ramp, then at 16:15 the receptionist entered to tell me, “I’m sorry, we won’t be able to do your tyres tonight, I could book you in for another day” I said that I’ve driven down from Bedfordshire, like he’d be interested, maybe I didn’t spend enough? Common sense would be to call me and say it’s looking like we won’t be able to do it today, maybe a day before, or on the day at least, or very last possibility, don’t tell someone to sit in a waiting for absolutely no reason whatsoever, because someone wants to go home early, see out the job you’ve taken on, this will cost them, AVOID dearly if you like quality customer service.
A big thank you to Mr Alan Randall; Manager and Mr Harry Isaacs; MOT Tester for the professional service today which was done in a speedy manner and I was most welcomed as a client at the Enfield Branch. Mr Randall is a very polite Manager so it is no wonder that his team is so well managed and polite too. Highly recommend their services!
I made an appointment for Friday, 2 tires were to be changed. I made my payment on the website. They told me to call me on Friday, there are no tires in stock, they said to come on Saturday, I was a little late for the appointment on Saturday, I called them, they said don't come, we can't get them, they made an appointment for Sunday at 2:30, I arrived at 2:00. I was there and they checked my car at 4 o'clock. I waited for 2 hours and as a result, they said there was no tire and as a result, they gave me another appointment for Tuesday. I will not come here again. This is not the right behavior. If the tire is not in stock, why do they keep me waiting?

F1 replaced a tyre for me first thing Sunday morning following a blowout on the M1 the previous day.
This saved my weekend as we were off to Norwich as soon as the tyre was changed.
The staff there are brilliant they no there stuff,been going there for 32 years never had a problem good prices and excellent service
Extremely happy with the service I received at F1. Vass was very professional and his focus during the MOT check was to ensure SAFETY. He took me through the process and shared the outcomes with me. Such efficiency, no faffing about and ultimately a very good service.

I had an issue with my vans tyres and I went to many different garages and they couldnt find the issue, after going to formula one garage in Enfield Vas found the issue and recommended what was needed and rectified issue same day. Booked vehicle in for Air con re gas and cleaning service. All details put in online while booking when i phoned up to as never got a time slot the bloke on phone noted wrong info despite being on the forms i filled online while booking
When i turned up only to be told that they cant do the re gas for my vehicle cause they dont supply it
