Formula One Autocentres - Gloucester Reviews 

Two rear tyres fitted with good friendly service besides the tyre pressure inflated to +10 psi over stated pressure. Recommended pressures easily visible inside the drivers door.

Fantastic as always! Chris is great, always extremely helpful and works with you to fix the problem. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Service second to none!
My partner had just bought a new car battery from Euro Car Parts next door, who were unable to fit it there and then. However, they suggested asking Formula One. I went next door and received a warm welcome by Chris and asked if they could help. Without hesitation I received a quote and they offered to do it immediately. What’s more, the technician popped next door to carry the battery back to their workshop and fitted it straight away, He was courteous and professional. The cherry on the cake, when we went to pay, Chris advised there would be no charge!
A big thank you to Chris and his team. Will definitely be visiting him again, sooner than they think. My car needs the wheels balanced and tracking done!

In the last three months I have had two punctures which I have taken to F1 at Gloucester. On the first occasion it was a Sunday afternoon close to closing. The company went out of its way to quickly get me on my way even though I did not have a booking. The second puncture was this morning and again I got quick service although I was not booked in. The manager Chris Stanley was very helpful and I would recommend F1 at Gloucester.

Needed a tyre repaired (nail). Phoned Chris who said come in at 3pm. No waiting, job done, excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Checked all pressures including the spare. Decent large waiting room if you want to use it. Can't go wrong using F1 Gloucester.

Amazing service in Formula One Gloucester. Huge thank you for to Chris! Called the auto centre this morning worried that I had a puncture and was able to fit my car in straight away and got it fixed in no time at all. Before I knew it I was back on my way.

I had two new tyres fitted at the Gloucester branch on Cole Avenue and the service was top class. The branch manager is a very likeable bloke and it's nice to see people take pride in what they do. Good on price and they crack right on with the job so not much waiting. I'll be booking my MOT with them soon.

Came in for some assistance following a breakdown outside Formula One Autocentre. Did not have the ability to tow my vehicle but the Staff were great and even stayed behind after hours till RAC arrived to give myself and elderly mother shelter from the weather. Will definitely be coming here for servicing and tyres in future.

Although my brakes were replaced a short while ago I was concerned they were squeaking. I rang up and was told they could do a free check straightaway. Great service. They put my mind at rest and were good enough to say there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Would definitely use them again.

Can't thank Joe and the team enough. It's so nice to be able to deal with people who really go the extra mile to look after their customers and provide effective, cost effective solutions. Genuinely trustworthy and real pleasure to deal with.

First time user. Visited Gloucester and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Hadn't booked but needed two tyres replacing. Was able to have done within an hour, though they were busy. Explained the centres replacement tyres policy and helpfully advised to take a picture as a reminder. Would use again.

I’ve always taken my Audi to the Gloucester branch and always received great customer service. Unfortunately my car failed its MOT due to a minor mistake when replacing the rear brake pads, but the team were able to promptly fix and retest before CoB. Would highly recommend and will be using them again! Many thanks to the team 😊

Had 2 tyres fitted at the Gloucester branch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy process. Ordered the required tyres over the phone and had them fitted the next day at a time that suited me. Prices are also good and I was told that they would price match if I found a better price. Will use again in future!
