Greeted on arrival by a friendly, polite team member. MOT carried out and car was ready and waiting when I returned at the given time. MOT cost was really reasonable too! Didn’t have any work done apart from the test but would recommend the Hertford branch for a fuss free transaction based on today’s experience.

Best service I’ve had at any car…
Best service I’ve had at any car service centre. The man who I dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful and went above & beyond by giving advice and assistance to my husband about a different car than the one we’d brought in for MOT. First time of using but would definitely use again.

Good, Honest and Reliable
Have been using them for 3 years and always have had great service. Quick service and friendly staff.Explain everything to you without any "unnecessary" info.
I recently had an issue with my car battery as my car would not always start , took it and turned out to be a loose wire and I wasn't charged for it. Respect and Loyalty were its due. I will continue to go to them for many more years.

Slow flat
Second time I have used the Hertford depot. Really excellent service and customer care. They sorted out my damaged tyre despite me telling them to look at the wrong one (I got nearside and offside mixed up)!! I`d also disappeared off to the cafe which did`nt help. Had a good laugh with the manager when I got back. Will definitely use F1 Hertford again.

Great team, great customer service
I've used F1 Hertford for the last 10-12 years. The staff are familiar and friendly. I always make an annual trip to see Ewan :D
I cannot fault their work or communication. They're very fair and offer competitive, and what I consider reasonable pricing.
Sometimes an MOT fails or a service finds an issue, but despite these shocks once in a blue moon I am a more than satisfied customer who keeps coming back for more. I think that speaks for itself.

Very Helpful in times of trouble
I had an issue with my front breaks, rubbing and making a noise, which concerned me. I use F1 Hertford for my MOT so stopped by on my way in to work. They were very helpful and as it was first thing in the morning, said to leave the keys and they would try to fit it in later.
I was called back early afternoon, quoted a price for the work which was far cheaper than I would have had to pay Jaguar, and the car was fixed ready for collection later that afternoon.
Very pleased with the service received and will continue using F1 Hertford.
