Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Always manage to get a convenient appointment and all work carried out has always been at a fair price. The team went over and beyond to ensure my boot wire looming was fixed by an outside source to ensure my car could get through its MOT earlier this year too. Great team!

First time of using F1 but due to staff shortage I had to wait longer than expected.

I had a bad knocking on my car, I took it here and josh had a thorough look over and noticed what was wrong. Josh then proceeded to diagnose the fault. Josh was able to fit my car in and fix it the same day. This has been fundamentally crucial to me as I use my car daily for work purposes and school runs. Josh even got a fantastic deal for me also, i will not take my car any where else now. I will 10000% recommend f1 in kettering and please speak to Josh, he’s a fantastic mechanic, who goes out of his way to help you.

Excellent Team including Josh (Branch Manager), Josh (Mechanic) & Jay....Now in its 23rd Year our MINI Cooper was treated with Care Expertise & Attention to detail such that it drives and performs as it would have done all those years when it came off the Longbridge Production Line....It is a Testament to their knowledge & skill....Well Done Guys !!

Went in late on bank holiday Monday with a puncture, was told they could get me in Tuesday morning, as need to get back home to Cornwall safely this evening. When I went to collect my car a moment ago, they said “this one is on us” They brought a tear to my eye. When times are hard this was a beautiful gesture. Thank you for saving a damsel in distress! Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve visited the Kettering branch a few times now, the service has always been amazing, stress-free and any work done has always been a good standard. All of my concerns were taken care of by Jay, who ensured my vehicle was looked after whilst keeping me updated throughout – even taking the time to patiently explain everything, his knowledge is impressive! Jay really went above and beyond to help me on more than one occasion, and I can’t thank him enough! Will be returning in future, as it’s nice to find a garage that is trustworthy.

Formula 1 Kettering Branch - Outstanding Customer Service!

This is the second time in a row that Formula 1 Kettering have come to my rescue with tyres for my car at very short notice and delivered outstanding customer service.

Earlier in the year, I endured a flat tyre on the way to a funeral at Kettering Crematorium. After the funeral, in somewhat of a mess, I turned up at the garage and was greeted by very kind and sympathetic staff, who replaced my tyre and got me home. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful and the service exemplary.

On this occasion, I acquired a flat tyre on the way home from work. I booked online for a replacement the next morning. I turned up and the staff explained that the puncture was beyond repair, as suspected, and replaced the tyre as promised. All the staff were lovely and spent a great deal of time sorting the tyre. Additionally, they offered to rearrange the tyres on the vehicle to optimise wear and improve vehicle safety. The customer service was again, outstanding, and despite the garage being extremely busy, they took the time to make sure the service I received was exceptional.

I just want to thank all the staff for continually going above and beyond, and assure them of my continued custom.

Visited Kettering branch multiple times in the last month for a few repairs on my car. Jay on reception has been very helpful, honest and fair. Great prices too! Very happy with this garage, will deffo return in future.

Arrived today at Kettering branch (without an appointment) and a long way from home in urgent need of a new tyre. The staff there were courteous and attentive, despite being super busy already and got me back on the road. Really very grateful!

The Branch Manager, Jay, really helped me out. A lot of work needed doing to a recently bought Mondeo and he managed to fit me in and look after the car. Zero complaints and will use again!

I felt that I needed to come and leave a review on Formula One Autocentre after a recent experience having an MOT at their centre.

Due to the extended MOT offered during the Covid Pandemic in 2020, my families cars had somehow all synced up their MOT's. Thus we found ourselves in the unfortunate situation whereby all the cars were out of action and we couldn't get an MOT anywhere in kettering until the next week.

Unfortunately this combined with my mother falling unwell and needing to go to the hospital. Formula One amazingly arranged for me to have my MOT that day so that the family had a car so that we could go to and from the hospital.

Cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service because they were amazing and really got us out of a jam.
