Great garage and extremely helpful! Would recommend to anyone who needs things doing to their car! I had a problem with my MOT and AJ (I believe) helped me sort out all the issues with no hassle. I cannot recommend them enough!

Recently had a flat tyre
Wife urgently needed the car due to poor health and Formula One Autocentres were happy take a look
Having looked at the tyre, before slapping on an expensive one, they looked to give me the most efficient tyre based on quality and price. This was great because I knew straight away I could trust that I won’t be ripped off. The cheaper tyre wasn’t available and they did offer to get it in on another day however now that I knew they could be trusted, I opted to pay for the premium tyre.
AJ was fantastic in providing excellent service. His honest advice and excellent customer service gave peace of mind and the team in the garage were very polite and efficient
I highly recommend them to others!

I visited the wigston garage today. Very bisey and they gave, myself a time slot to come back. Van straight in and the mechanic was taking care with the install of my new wheels. As he invited myself, into the workshop. After one was fitted and care taken on fitting the rest. Plus a more then reasonable price for works completed. Keep up the good work👏👏 #VWT4

*UPDATE* after trying all night to submit the complaint on your website I keep being hit with “whopps, something went wrong”

All i want is CCTV or some sort of amendment for the damage.

Went to the Leicester (Wigston branch) for 4 brand new tyres. Tyres are not bad but now let’s get to the problem.
Being my car is all black (wheels included) you would notice the difference between a kerb scratch and heavy damage. Once i had picked up my car the first thing mentioned was “you need to get your wheels refurbed”. At the time i didn’t pay attention to what he said as i was just bothered about the tyres. I left at around 6pm (in the dark) and went home. The next day or 2 while at work my friend had noticed that my back left wheel had paintwork almost burnt off-like. Closer inspection and we noticed this was never the state of my rims before i had took them in. It looks like chemicals have been dropped onto my rim which has left the paint with bubble like erosion with a pretty big chip in the centre (if it was kerbs my outer rim would be scuffed)

The next day i rang F1 and asked if they have CCTV in their workshop in which they replied yes they do. I explained the problem and was told they cannot get access to CCTV as that is up to head office (no idea if that’s true or not but i still haven’t been shown CCTV) They offered me to go down which i did with a friend. When i got there, they was practicality saying that’s how the car turned up when which i know is not the case (and also the friend i was with knows also). This hasn’t been resolved as they still say they did not do it which has left me in limbo as I know for a fact my rim was not like that when i gave my car to them.

In a nutshell, I took my car for a tyre change and one of the rims had come back with bad damage which i have not refurbished as i do not believe i should pay for this as i can guarantee my car was not given in that shape. Clearly not taking responsibility.

Formula one Abbey Lane Leicester. Another first class service just like last year at a competitive price! Easy to book MOT and service on line and got a free fuel saver treatment at the counter with a voucher that had come in the post. Car runs so much better now.

No work needed on the car for the MOT so a very honest company. Why go elsewhere.

Brilliant service, I was out shopping at fosse park Leicester when a warning on my jeep compass came on saying fault on battery reduced functions. A quick search online and I was heading to Formula 1 wigston.
The car was booked in and a new battery was fitted by Rich the technician. He price matched one I had seen at a rival battery shop. it was fitted in a timely fashion although it was a very busy Sunday afternoon.
I will be back to this F1 Centre if I need any other

First time using formula 1i brought my caddy van in with MOT failing everyone I went to couldn't get me in until 1 or 2 weeks time and everyone was quoting me really high prices so I went to formula 1 and they gave me a great deal for doing everything on it and the cheapest to they told me to bring the van in first thing Saturday morning and I got it back Sunday afternoon they kept me updated how things are going so from start to finish it was brilliant I can't thank them enough 5*+ from me

I needed my brake pads and disks changing urgently and F1 fit me in on New Years Eve. The manager, Anil, kept me informed throughout the day on the costs and also rang when the car was ready. Friendly service and would return to F1 Wigston.

Awful, again after I decided to give them a second chance. First of all I was left waiting in the reception area for a good 8 minutes. I went to check where the staff was only to see him sat in the driver seat of a car and then decided to come out after he heard the door for a second customer. When I was given the worksheet, they entered 52,375 as opposed to 32,350 which is what it should have been. When I pointed this out he went to the car and entered what he thought it was…. It was wrong again. This time he entered 32,352, when I advised this is wrong it should be 32,350 he said it doesn’t matter because by the time you drive down the road it will change. What the actual hell has happened to good customer service? Makes me very wary and concerned if you are this lax with a don’t care attitude, what else are you not doing and should be doing in terms of servicing my car. Can I trust them? NO. Would I use them again? NO and would I recommend them to anyone else? Hell NO.

Would give them 0 Stars if it was an option. Car not fixed and alloys scratched. Incompetent and dishonest.
Was booked in for a clutch and dual mass fly wheel. The online quote was £948, then when I called to book it in this upped to £1150, 'because the online quotes were for cheap parts'. Nevertheless they could do the job so I booked it in for a week ahead which was the first time they could do it, plenty of time for them to get the parts you would think?
Dropped it off ahead of the agreed 08:30 time. Lunch time I get a call. They can't get the parts! It's stripped down and ready, but they can't do the job. So they'll call me when it was ready to collect. No call a few hours later so I call back. Still not ready. They'll call me when it was ready. So I give it a couple of more hours and turn up. My car is parked in the street and is ready, but no call. Maybe they were waiting for it to get dark so I wouldn't
see the chips in my alloys around the hollows where the wheel nuts go in. They denied doing it saying they must have been already there. But neither of the front wheels have been taken off since the alloys were refinished. So dishonest and useless. Avoid them.

I took my Jaguar for a full service at my local Formula one in Wigston Leicester and received a great service, highly recommended.

Really good service from online purchase at the best price, easy booking at time to suit and excellent and prompt fitting at the Leicester Wigston branch. Couldn’t be more satisfied
