Lincoln Branch Appalling service
Lincoln Branch Appalling service. Book online. Tried to confirm on the phone no one answered. I went down first thing to book in. Staff said too busy. Rude staff said take my car somewhere else one was stood smoking in the doorway as I was leaving.

Had apology from the garage regarding staff shortages on the day of my appointment. If could book directly with the garage perhaps could explain that short staffed. Booked in for 10am got there early
Booked in for 10am got there early as requested after an hour and nothing done on my car asked why the delay said was busy. Not good enough booking system is waste of time. Finally got seen 11.45 wouldn't use this garage again

F1 Lincoln
F1 Autocentres Lincoln. I had an appointment set up by Asda. The F1 Autocentres said they don't know about it. I made a new appointment. I left the car, and should be ready after 1 hour. I walked home. Returned after 1,5 hour - they just decided to take the car into the garage. I started complaining - they said - they told me to take my car, we will not change your tyres.
Later I got phone call from Customer Service, they were helpful.

Online payment and booking was no problem. When arriving for the pre-arranged appointment it ended up taking well over an hour to have two rear tyres fitted. Lounge was warm and comfortable for the wait. But that long for two tyres with a prepaid pre-booked appointment was disappointing.

Do not buy tyres from Formula One Auto Centres.
Do not buy tyres from this company as they sell you new tyres that are three years old.
They sold me two run flat Yokohama tyres in 2019 with date code from 2016 .
I was told by MOT tester that the tyres where cracking and soon will be illegal soon.
Went back to Formula One under the tyres 5 year guarantee.
They removed the tyres to be sent to Yokohama and made buy two new tyres at the same time.
I got a email two weeks later stating the tyres were out of the 5 years guarantee as they have a date code o 2016.
Formula One have no intentions to compensate me at all and have the cheek to charge to refit tyres.
Formula One did not even send tyres to Yokohama.
Formula One have given a Refund on the tyres.

Excellent and prompt service
Having pre-booked a tyre replacement online, I was greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival. The tyre was replaced promptly and efficiently, and I was soon on my way. On top of that, the quoted price was the cheapest I could find locally. Highly recommended
