Would be zero stars if it was possible.
Used this company for the first time purely because of cost, given I needed 4 new tyres. Proves you get what you pay for.
Was initially given a time of an hour to complete the work which was OK.
As I left they took my vehicle in to start.
I returned an hour later to see they were still working on the 2nd tyre.
I gave them an extra half hour as it appeared the "technician " was a trainee being vaguely overseen by someone presumably more experienced.
But as time ticked on the "technician " then wondered off chatting and laughing with others while I'm stood around waiting.
More senior members of staff were very aware of this and openly argued between themselves in the reception but still done little to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional.
After almost 2 hours, which had then made me late for a prior engagement, my vehicle was completed.
But then a "technician " informed me my brakes pads were low. Unbeknown to this "technician" but known by the branch manager I had new discs and pads fitted that very morning at the main dealer!
Whether this was a genuine attempt to try and rip me off for additional unnecessary work or blatant stupidity, I won't return to find out .

Awful experience at the Bletchley branch. To the point where I've made a complaint to head office, who also ignored my concerns which says all I need to know about this company.

The big one is my car came away from an MoT and brake fluid change with a vibration. I went back to raise my concerned and was dismissed and told the car was fine after a test drive. 3 days later the vibration got horrendous and I found a wheel nut had fallen off and 3 other bolts almost off too, my wheel was not tightened at all after being removed, and this wasn't even picked up with the second chance to inspect. Another garage had to save me here.

The manager was next to useless. As well as not dealing with this issue, she didn't explain my car mot failure (parking light out), just said 'light' and didn't even tell me the car had failed, I had to get the information out of her. I asked for a quote to fix then and the day after when I returned with the vibration and was never given one.

14 days later I came back having diagnosing and fixing the problem myself for the retest, I was waiting for over an hour and eventually told I was out of my MoT retest period so had to book a full MoT and come back another time (no thanks!). I've spent over 3 hours already waiting at this place with the hoodied up mechanics spend their time vaping rather than repairing cars.

A complete lack of business sense, any desire to keep a customer happy, or even safe, or solve issues, or even understand basic mechanics means this place is a serious no-go now. A shame as it used to be so well run by a brilliant manager 2 years before.

Excellent service from both managers Marsha not sure of other managers name. I had my MOT there. Today Tyler was very helpful and gave me my break pad measurement as it’s not shown on the MOT document as it passed. I was reassured about my car and can go back anytime with confidence . As a senior citizen this is so valuable . Thank you very much. First time I have felt confident about a garage.

I booked a tyre change appointment online for 8:30 AM and arrived early, expecting a smooth service. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional. Despite being on time, I was ignored by the receptionist (who also claimed to be the manager) for nearly 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. When I explained that I had a booking for a tyre change, she took my car keys and locking wheel nut without much courtesy.

I waited outside patiently for nearly an hour, only to find that absolutely nothing had been done to my car. When I went back in to ask about the delay, I was casually told that the fitter wasn’t available — and even worse, she had “no idea” when they would be. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was astonishing.

The attitude and service I received were completely unacceptable. This is not how a professional auto centre should operate. I would strongly not recommend this branch to anyone.

Took car for clutch and NS Drive shaft and front brakes. on 10th got call late afternoon car wont go into gear, was told by manger that 2 bolts sheared on fly wheel. Noticed a clunking noise, contacted them too car back on the 20th and mentioned i need the car back on Saturday as i had commitments on Sunday and this cost me £160, Called 20th at 4pm to be told by manger that car being looked at now, called on the 21st at 09h45 receptionist stated only looking at car now. This branch seems to have a no care attitude to customer as receptionist came across quite rude to my son, I will not use them again and still waiting for my car

Unbelievable, booked an appointment, was told 4.45pm, work for the NHS, managed to get a colleague to cover to leave early from Bedford to Bletchley, to be told sorry we've double booked, can we rebook!!

A few months ago we had a tyre blow out late on a Saturday night. On the Sunday morning I called Formula One Autocentres in Bletchley and the chap could not have been more helpful. Although he didn't have a spare tyre of our type in stock he used his initiative so that he was able to offer us one. We took the old tyre in and a new one was fitted within half an hour. I could not have been more grateful to him for his excellent customer service.

Great service today from the team at Formula 1. Booked an MOT using the online service and paid via Paypal. Was greeted on arrival with a cheery smile and handed over my key.
Less than an hour later was given back my key and a pass certificate. A couple of minor points on tyres noted (I was aware of minor cracking on them), but no hard sell or prompting to buy anything else. Just handed back my key, asked if they could help in any other way and that was it. Done!

Easy and stright forward booking system. Great customer service and attention.
Highly recomended

Brilliant service from the guys at the bletchley garage, really helpful and polite.
Nothings too much trouble, the engineers did a great job servicing the vehicle.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends and family to use this garage and definitely taking my car back to them again in the future.

It's great to find a garage that looks after both customers and their cars!

Absolutely awful, scammers, I came here and booked for an MOT, told me that the car had failed due to the indicator light not working on one of my wing mirrors, they told me I would need a new one and would cost about £250, when I got home and checked, the indicator light worked on the wing mirror, when I bought it back into the shop to have the mot retested, they passed it and shrugged, clearly just trying to scam a young woman who was on her own, disgusting and wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

Excellent service overall. Chad (manager and manning front desk) was brilliant, really polite, professional and explained things well as well as ensuring I got a fair and good deal. Unfortunately I can't recollect the name of the technician who worked on my vehicle itself but credit to him also for explaining everything to me. Overall pleasant experience. Yes they are struggling with staff shortages but that's not an issue isolated to this branch/company but they are working hard to do their best. Thanks again.

Following my first review , I was told they would look into it and let me and get back to me within 3 days, that was now 10 days ago, thanks again

Just arrived at Bletchley F1 auto center
Manager is off and The tyres booked online are nowhere to be seen
Now I have to sort a refund while they have had my funds for over 3 days and will try and keep them for another 3 days
Who is paying for the time off work as nobody has communicated with us to let us know the appointment won’t happen.
This is not the first time but it had been a while so we thought we would give them another go. MISTAKE
Once again arrive me 15mins before slot and they are stating they can’t find the tyres.
4x 20inch tyres?????
DO NOT USE THIS IS THE LAST TIME

Will keep it short. Had 2 tyres changed today and it took them an hour. The moron on reception then had me waiting for 10 minutes before telling me the key was in the car and I could go.

Absolute joke.

Thankfully I don't need to use them again.

Did not have my tyres that I wanted but offered me the next ones up in stock which where more expensive for the same price.
