Avoid this garage at any cost .i have been using this garage for couple years .my car is more then 10 years old i knew my timing belt need change I asked him on my last service the manager said its lookes fine we will fit it on next service I said to him it’s done 124k mileage are u sure he said yeah if it’s need change I would tell but it’s looks fine to us .okay then after 4 months my timing belt snapped while I was on motorway ,I asked AA TO TOW me fr Doncaster to Shipley .it was midnight when I rang next mornings asked him could you change the cambet he said we can’t do it we don’t have the mechanic to do it I had to pay private breakdown service to take it to different garage the other garage told me timing belt should change every 10 yrs or 100k miles. this Formula one garage has no mechanic they just take money off ppl don’t do the jobs .now because this cowboys my engine broke aswell it’s costing me to buy new car .i do not recommend this garage ,unless you want to end up like me .

Same day appointment made, air-con re-gassed & cleaned, and friendly professional staff provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Ryan and the team at Shipley. We had a double puncture on a van Lauren with equipment and they sorted it within an hour.

Shipley branch - went in to have my winter tyres replaced with my summer ones (I supplied these and took the winter ones with me) and when checking my invoice I was charged for the disposal! When I questioned this I was told it was company policy which isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. They also failed to complete the paperwork correctly out of laziness - they stated the tyres being put on were budget when in fact these Pirelli P zero’s.

I was charged £111.27 to change 4 tyres which weren’t even purchased from them - extortionate.

Service was very unfriendly too so no wonder they were virtually empty. I will not be returning.

I went to my local centre for two new valves for my tyre's as I had put metal dust caps on and I couldn't get them off. The man was very helpful and he got my dust caps off, so no new valves. I asked how much he
wanted for doing it and he said nothing, but when I got home I noticed he had put 4 new dust caps on as well. Absolutely fantastic F1Auto Centre.

They need to be more transparent about their fees and other charges. Although the MOT fees are cheaper, don’t get misled by that as the charged are 30-50% more than other garages.
Also they charge £15 for the retest fee if you get the work done from elsewhere and they are not transparent about it.

No problems (so far) replacing my rear discs and pads, however, some mechanic with dirty oily hands had left multiple marks on the cloth covering the driver's A pillar. Emailed the garage with a photo on the same day when I got home, but heard diddly squat.

I've cleaned the marks and improved things, but fainter marks are still there. Sad really.

Best price i could find for the make and type of tyre i required. Easy booking service. Guys at Shipley branch very polite and helpful . Good fitting service. Thankyou.

Excellent customer service in Shipley. Always pleasant and helpful. My car was going to fail the MOT, due to a damaged number plate. I was informed about a local supplier, who could immediately print a new number plate for me, then Formula One Autocentres will fit for free. They even replaced a windscreen wiper for free.

I will definitely continue using Formula One Autocentres for all my car servicing and ongoing maintenance. Keep up the good work guys.

Great experience for my first visit tyre fitting was easy and affordable!

Extremely helpful and professional. Asif went above and beyond to help me sort my car tyre on Sunday evening at 3:30 without an appointment. It only cost me £22.99 while other place were not only asking me to bring the car another day but also charging me a lot more. 5 star and more. Highly recommend their professional service

My appointment was for 10 am, I was there at 9.40 as requested. I was asked to give it more than an hour as they were 'running late'.
At 11.10 am they called me to say they could not do the MOT because there was a cover on the back seat. I had to return to my car to remove the cover, which took me 30 seconds or less. I asked the tester if he was on a work to rule? He replied that he could not touch said cover because it was not part of MOT.
He would continue my MOT when he finished the current MOT. I was called at 12.50 pm to say my car was ready for pickup.
Time to try elsewhere methinks.

Easy to book online. Ryan and his team at the Shipley centre were very helpful and the MOT was completed in the time scale detailed.

Excellent service got me in on a Sunday for mot and service on transit custom dropped van at 10:00 rang to say it was ready at 15:30 really helpful and polite staff will defo use again and recommend to people thank-you 👍🏻 😀 👌

Bad garage booked on book my garage and got 175 quote, rang garage rude guy said it's now 200 for a special oil but site says includes oil, jokers ripping ypu off avoid dont use

Took my daughter's car for pre-booked MOT as she was on holiday. On arrival was told no MOTs today the tester is off sick! This was a considerable round trip for me.
There had been no attempt to contact me to cancel, I presume the many others with tests booked that day suffered the same fate!
Whilst I appreciate that staff absences happen failing to notify is totally unacceptable customer service.
If this is indicative of their approach I will take my custom elsewhere.

Refused to do MOT as I had shoes and coats in back. Went back to remove them at 12:22 from a 12:15 appointment and said MOT man was going home. Wow, joke of a company. Don’t waste your time they will waste yours.
