Very helpful staff and great communication we us
Took my car to the sittingbourne branch it needed a few clips underneath a trim was hanging down. Needed to make the car safe after being pulled over. I enquired with the several garages no one would help. Lawrence and team managed to do the job no bother. Super speedy really good service.
Formula 1 was my 4th attempt at getting a humming noise sorted in my van....that apparently only I could hear.....rang them spoke to Rayn got me seen the same day, I took Lawrence out for a drive, bingo!!! he said he could hear it as well, Gotback to work shop within 10 minutes he had the problem diagnosed (split plastic underneath) which was fixed, he balanced all wheels as well Van feels like new again. Great work thank you Lawrence.
My bike was in bad condition and they where just about to close and they help me repair my bike straight away with amazing customer service
Super helpful and speedy radiator repair. Got a good deal on the replacement parts and the team kept me notified about the options.
Got the replacement work done and the car back on the road in an afternoon. Excellent service Ryan & Rob

Great customer care and support. Offered cheaper and good quality products - honest and helpful
I booked a time slot online to have an tyre fitted after ordering through the Asda site. I had a confirmation email sent to me advising that my selected fitter had received confirmation of my order and to arrive promptly. My time slot was 4.30pm.
I arrived at 4.10 with both my young children as it’s the Easter holidays.
Robert at the main desk said that they never received any confirmation and it’s something that happens a lot when booked with a third party company. ( something that should be dealt with promptly so customers don’t keep ending up on the same situation)
He said they wouldn’t get me in today and that if they could they may not be able to finish the job! then after my persistence said that actually they had something at 5pm. I stated that after already getting the early as it’s states for my appointment and with both children that I couldn’t stand and wait with them 50 minutes until 5pm plus the time it would take to do it.
With a blank expression back at me I said it was not ideal and I would have to walk home with my two young tired girls and that I would pick up my keys before they closed. He said ok and nothing else. He also never spoke to any other employees while I stood there to see if he could have fitted us in at the time we should have been there.
At 4.35 I couldn’t believe it that I had a voicemail from Robert stating my car was ready to be picked up. 5 minutes after my original booking time!
A complete waste of my time having to carry one of my children 25 minutes home for him to call and say it was done. I am absolutely beyond words, I am so angry with the way Robert dealt with this situation and to call me 5 minutes after my booking time when he said he couldn’t get me in was a complete joke! And when I went to collect my car he said he thought he was doing me a favour, a favour by not properly checking it or honouring my booking that I had confirmation of and make me walk 25 minutes home with my young children. I am disgusted with my service and I will not be coming back to f1.
Easy booking on line, great service, on time and polite staff,
Received a great service from F1 Sittingbourne. I've already booked to go back for my mot.
Great friendly and efficient service done in a timely manor.
Rob was polite and understanding, failed and retested quick! Great service. Thanks !
Always pleased with the service received and will return.
Ordered two car tyres online booked in for 2 pm. On arrival unable to fit until 4 pm. What's the point of booking a time-slot ? first and last time I will use f1
Booked in to have two new Bridgestone tyres fitted to my 99’ Escort estate. It is fitted with 15 inch soft line five spoke alloys. Unfortunately one was damaged due to a fault with the tyre fitting machine, but one of the managers, Andy straight away he would have it repaired at their cost. Both Andy and Liam (the tyre fitter) were both very helpful and professional throughout. The alloy is now back from the repair shop (Wheel Class) and looks amazing.
Needed two new tyres in a rush, the team fitted me in and had it all done by the next morning (Saturday). Great service from Gavin, very helpful and seems to be a good price, had the Wheels aligned and it now drives brilliantly. Highly recommended!
I booked an MOT and full service as I looked online for garages in the area and this one was advertised that they wouldn't be beaten on price and they currently had an offer on for 20% off. I added to my basket on the website at that price and when I went to check out, the price then went up by £28. The offer had then all of a sudden disappeared and it was back to the price pre discount. I couldnt be bothered to mess around as it was still cheaper than other garages, so I paid online and booked a time.
On the day, I dropped my car off, everything was fine with that, they were quite helpful and friendly.
I then got a call later that day to say that my car needed £450 worth of work doing to it and did I want them to go ahead? Baring in mind this is a relatively new car with low mileage for its age. I told them I would call them back as my dad used to be a mechanic so I wanted to check with him. My dad told me that alot of the things that they said needed doing were just routine parts of a service which are usually included in the price but alot of the time they don't actually need doing, it's just routine to change them after a year. I'm not in a financial position to pay out £450 on top of £200 for a service, so I called back and said thank you, but I couldn't afford it right now, so please could they write down for me everything they have said and give me a quote to I could think about it. I specifically asked if there was anything that HAD to be done and if there was any more money I had to pay. I was told no, it was all voluntary, they would do me a quote and there was nothing more to pay.
I went to collect my car the next morning, my partner dropped me off and went home as he had the baby in the car, I didn't have anything with me other than my phone. I asked for my car, and they said I had to pay £40 for specialist oil they have put in my car. I explained to the man behind the desk that I had spoken to someone else and that they said there was nothing to pay, that they were doing to do me a quote but it was all optional. He said that's for everything else but the oil is included in the service and you have to pay it, it's £40 and they won't let me go with my car until I pay it.
I questioned why, as I had paid for the full service through the website which states that oil was included. As well as the huge banner in reception in front of me also saying that. He said that it's wrong and that it's specialist oil that is £40 more.
I didn't have my purse with me as they told me there wasn't anything else to pay, so couldn't pay. He said I would have to call my partner back, who was already home with the baby who was asleep as he won't let me leave otherwise.
So this is what I had to do.
So all in all, the mot and service cost me more than it would have done elsewhere, it caused a lot of stress and inconvenience and after paying extra for items that are advertised as being included, I also have a list of £450 of bits that supposedly need to be done.
I will definitely not be returning and do not recommend!

Went there to remedy a fault after they fitted a faulty part. They were not to know the part was faulty and replaced it without hesistation and delay.
Their customer service is exceptional and nothing was to much trouble.
I will certainly be using them again in the future.
After using this particular centre and being a customer for over 5yrs for all my car needs, mot’s, servicing, tyres, etc today has been a turning point and I will NEVER visit or recommend this branch again. I booked in my mot weeks ago and explained arrival would be 8.45am due to school run and would need to collect at 2.30pm which I was told was absolutely fine. I arrived this morning at 8.45pm and was told no my car cannot be done as I should have been there at 8.30am. I explained the situation etc as I did on the phone when I booked but Andrew, the Centre Manager, who I have never seen or spoken to before, was rude and un-accommodating and refused to do my car until 3.30pm which was unacceptable as I’d planned my whole day based on my booking. Arranged a lift etc and I’m not even from this area. I travel particularly to use this branch but you’ve lost a good customer based on your attitude. If that’s how you treat your customers, especially women, I forsee you losing alot more custom in the future. I am a single mum who relies on my car and this ‘15 mins’ has impacted on me greatly.
