Great experience. Never used before but will certainly do so again.
Booked MOT online for 0830, arrived a little early and the car was straight in and out within the hour.
Staff all really friendly and knowledgeable.
Going to book my service with them for next week !

I'm not really happy with my experience…
I'm not really happy with my experience at formula 1 autocentre. It was my first visit, but I wouldn't go back. Customer service is important to me, its a sense of trust. I booked an appointment to have new tyres fitted, when arriving they told me I was lucky its not been cancelled. Other customers were getting turned away even though they had appointments. I'd booked a free car check also. When they'd done, they just handed my keys back and didn't actually speak to me. I don't know if they had checked my car. I used the customer toilet which was not pleasant. It does not get cleaned regularly. I would not use them again.

Put my car in for it’s MOT, at 10am, it failed, they done the repairs, my car needed to pass it’s MOT on the same day, had my car back in the afternoon, they disgust any queries I had about the advisories and gave me a quote, to have the work done at a later date.
I found them friendly and helpful.
