My wife and I moved to the Welwyn area about 7 years ago, having lived in NW London for several decades. The garage we used in Mill Hill for all our vehicle needs provided an excellent service, so when we moved here we were a little concerned about the quality a local garage would provide.
Far be it from me to divulge my wife’s age, but we’ve been married for 47 years (and that’s the only clue you’ll get) but from the very first time this “little old lady” took her car to Formula One Autocentres in London Road, Stevenage, she has been treated with the utmost respect and care. And so has her car.
I don’t know how they do it, but I know WHY they do it. Both my wife and I would be hard pressed to find a comparable garage.
Well done to the whole team…and thanks for looking after my wife.

Iv always used them for about 10 years now and will allways go back as thay do a good job happy with the services and all the staff make you fell welcome as well and if you can't afford to pay in 1 go like some of us can't coz as we all know cars cost a lot lol but thay do a payment plan witch is a massive help when you not got the money straight away 😀

Had one of the most pleasant experiences at the London road stevenage branch today, I thought I had a slow puncture so book in online when I got there they checked it to see if it was the valve which it was indeed, so they changed the valve and also HEADSET BOY provided free entertainment haven’t laugh so much in a while thank you guys for the best experience I will be back

I dealt with Chris, who was amazing. I dropped my car off at 8:30am for a new middle and rear exhaust. By 9:30 am, the work was done. I was very impressed on how quick they completed the work.
Chris was very polite, professional and friendly. Well done Chris, excellent customer service.

I request them to cheek, they allow me to come and to have a look on problem.i managed to go them almost there closing time,they welcome me very warmly , and have look in to my car ,and fix it .very very nice people.i wish have more stars to give

The staff were absolutely amazing!! They walked me through the things that were wrong with my car and explained exactly how they were going to fix the solution. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and will definitely be returning for any future car problems!!

These amazing guys fitted me into a busy day and quickly changed my tyre. Chris who changed my tyre was amazing.

So was the manager Chris.

After they gave me my car back i tried to install the spare wheel back under my Santa Fe as it has been stored on my back seat for a week.

I was struggling and Chris and the Manager Chris both came out into the car park and helped me despite them having other jobs on.

This was above and beyond. I will be a customer here for life now.

I want to write a review because I was very happy with the service I received at Formula One Stevenage. I had the misfortune to get a puncture in one of the tyres on my car. Luckily a Good Samaritan stopped and pumped it up with his electric pump to enable me to drive it to the Formula One garage. I found the staff there to be exceptional. Qays did his best to try to get the repair done straight away but, I needed a new tyre due to the extent of the damage. I wanted the same make of tyre to match the rest of my wheels. Qays then searched the web to obtain the best price for the new tyre and booked my car in for the next day. I felt a lot better when I left the garage knocking that my car was in good hands and collected it the following day when everything was ready for me. I would definitely recommend Formula One at Stevenage.

I have had very bad experiences trying to get my 1992 2.3i Prelude in the road. Firstly a garage in Ely has ripped me off with this car, and then two places in Stevenage, that have not treated me kindly. Another garage in old town have overcharged me on another vehicle.

I can't believe I am writing this and using the adjectives I am, when being a lone female and now less-abled, is still a problem in this world.

Having had a bad experience at Hi Point Pin Green, and previously at Tyre Pros Old Town, I called in to see if this centre could help me.

I wish I had gone to FormulaOne, London Road, Stevenage off the bat.

Firstly they were interested, they knew what car I had from the description and they appreciated quality.
They were so kind, polite, & professional at London Rd.

I am a bit of a 'petrolhead' or an enthusiast you could say. I wanted to be able to see the car underneath, as I hadn't seen it since I got it in 2022.
Lee did the MOT, and Quesa ( sorry if that isnt spelt right).

They were tolerant, interested, kind, and just what you'd hope for ' normal'.
Thank you for being devent hunan beings, and I look forward to returning once these minor niggles are repaired.
