Took a loose wheel off my sons Fiesta to have the balancing checked. Lady on reception, Charlene, dealt with me quickly and courteously during drop off and collection. Have previously had tyres fitted at this branch at good prices. Well done all at the Swindon branch.

F1 Autocentre Swindon is almost unbeatable on price for tyres and will definitely be my go to place.
I just had my car MOTd by them, and although it failed initially, I took it away to do the work myself, they got me in for retest amazingly quickly and it passed!
And last but not least, the lady on reception is an asset to the business. She's amazing!

I visited the Swindon branch last week for the first time and was very impressed with the service. Charlene was very efficient in her explanation of the work that needed doing. I asked for one other thing to be looked at. They did this and assured me no work extra needed doing on it. Very good service and a refreshing honest approach

Great customer service and professionalism. Popped in one day as I had a warning light in my dash board advising of a tyre monitor sensor malfunctioning. Within 5 min since I got in, I've been provided with a possible reason for the light and suggested plan of action by the lady behind the counter. I've been booked in the same day and following the diagnosis it was proved that the initial suspicion was right and had the faulty sensor replaced in no time. 100% recommend Formula One Autocentre Swindon if you have any issues with your car. I was surprised by the swift solving of the issue. Also, the garage is unbeatable on price. The cost of replacing the sensor plus labour ended up being lower than ford's £156 just for diagnostic.

I took my car for an MOT today and received excellent service, I had made a mistake with my booking but they were so helpful in finding me a slot. They were very efficient and their price was very reasonable.

I forgot to book in my car for mot, they managed to book in on a Saturday, before it ran out
Mot failed, as I use car for disabled child, they managed to get it turned around in 24hours

Called my local Swindon branch for a tyre on my T6 that had a split, Charlene and the guys are amazing, fixed me up the same day!

Great service right from entering the business. Charlene was polite, helpful and although my car failed it's MOT, she quickly got me a retest the same day. The premises are pleasant to wait in. Airy and light. The service was excellent and I definitely will use this centre again.

Both my wife’s car and my van need attention quickly and F1 quoted and supported us to get the work done quickly especially over a bank holiday weekend! On previous management I would defer people from going there but with a new management team involved I would highly recommend and will be using again!

I needed an MOT asap as MOT expired and was bank holiday weekend, called on Sunday and booked in for Tuesday. And MOT was sorted that evening.

I had looked elsewhere for places since I moved away from that part of Swindon but couldn’t find anything locally to me at that time so I came here who I’ve used for previous cars.

Friendly staff, the lady on the call/in person was great!!!

I’ve great service from Charlene at the Swindon Garage. I’ve had my son’s car MOT’d and the from handing in the keys to collecting the car it was great. Communication was perfect and the guidance on the advisors was so good I booked the car in for some additional work. I would thoroughly recommend.

Charlene is a superstar - managed to squeeze me in after a broke a suspension spring… done and dusted in 2 hours or so… friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service all round :)
