Called in on the off-chance re. a tyre replacement on a BH weekend. Their website hadn’t indicated the tyre I needed was in stock, but they had one from an incorrect delivery. So pleased I called in! Despite being busy, the guys were super-helpful - they gave me the option of a puncture repair, which I accepted - they immediately repaired my tyre and I also had a replacement (fit my spare) too. Very impressed!

if it could be a zero it would be! absolute disgusting people that work there! paid for a full service only for it not actually to be done! under the bonnet hadn't even been touched still dusty with cobwebs and the filter that is supposed to be changed during a full service still had the date of 2019 on it. took it to an independent mechanic and it was confirmed. absolute robbing Ws. pictures have been taken. will be taking this to trading standards. shut these cowboys down!

Turned up after booking a slot to be told they don't honour slots you have booked and to leave the car and go away and come back at 6 all while with my 7 year old daughter ride obnoxious and useless in helping won't ever go back

Dropped in without prior appointment needing a puncture repair. Despite having other jobs in progress, they managed to fit me in, completed the repair and had me back on the road within 30mins. Really accommodating and helpful team. Just the service you need when you're enroute to a destination 3hrs. from home.

Had my air con gased, they said they had checed for leaks but the gas leaked out overnight, got a refund from the manager who kept me waiting an hour for my money, very bad service. My son had similar experience with his van more recently, they tryed to sell him brakes he didn't need, the trainee repeatedly reved my sons van for no reason in front of him, cocky bad altitude. A students altitude is impressed upon by the teacher, i think this place needs better management or a training coarse on politeness and courtesy for trainee's and management! John.

Booked at short notice. Never used this company before and was told to call in after work. Excellent service and the guys were great. John and Callum were brilliant and despite due to finish at 6 pm, they carried on working well past their finish time to get me out of a hole. Will certainly be using them again in the future.

I dropped in without an appointment and John was able to sort me out a quick tyre change despite being full with booked customers. Above and beyond! Much appreciated.

Went to the Telford branch for the first time after having one of my brakes seize up and desperately needing fixing as I'm reliant on my car for work, but found other garages couldn't fit me in for at least 5 days. Called up at 8.45am on a Saturday to which they told me they could fit me in and have it fixed the same day, and as promised I was able to pick my car up at 1pm with new disks, pads, caliper, balancing and tracking done. I'm so grateful for John and the team for sorting me out so quickly, as it would have caused me a massive headache 🙏 John was friendly but straight forward with no nonsense which is what I like. I can't recommend them enough

I need my car tracking sorting and a regas for the air con, went the F1 site and the site just keeps sending you in circles. Called F1 and told them what i needed but when I asked about the price thet suddenly couldn't hear me properly. I am not impressed with the site or the staff and I haven't even been there yet

Went to F1 first thing this morning (29/06/23). as arranged, I was told "It will be at least an hour" I asked, "An hour to start or to do the job" he said "an hour to start and an hour to do the job". During this time he barely looked at me and his tone was not customer friendly. The staff here could benefit from a customer service course.
I wont be going back.

Bit of a mixed bag really. Work carried out was very good on the whole. My reasons for giving only 2 stars relate to not great customer service and work being done which is probably not necessary,which I have seen on orher reviews too. Took car for service on 17th May and was aware I would need some work done like new tyres etc. However I had new windscreen wipers fitted only a couple of months before service but was informed would need new ones as they were smearing. Also needed a new timing belt which generally last between 60000 and 100000 miles and car had only done 49000 miles. Felt "pressured" into agreeing to these being done as car was booked in for MOT on 10th June there. When I collected car after service was given receipt and my car wallet from the car with the words "I've stamped your service book for you" only to find on return home that my service booklet was missing. When I called next day to ask if they had it I was told that there was no service booklet on my car wallet at all which I knew there was but was told in no uncertain terms that there wasn't and I was wrong. Also noticed scuff marks on my diamond cut alloys which weren't there before which I've also seen mentioned on other reviews.

Took car in for MOT on 10th June and man booking it in couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming than previous guy. Received notification from a car app I have that car had passed MOT and waited for call to come and collect it. After an hour of waiting I walked the 50 minutes to collect and still no call to say was ready to collect. Thankfully when I arrived it was ready and waiting for me.

Don't think I'll be going there again unfortunately.

Staff were welcoming, nowledgable and excellent customer service.

I put up a review of formula one autocentre then was asked for more information from head office which I did expecting to hear back but nothing I think they have buried there heads in the sand hoping its gone away im here for the duration as a company you can't damage people's property and be aloud to get away with it also they are not the cheapest for tyres

On taking my car to formula one I needed two tyres fitted on my car whilst the lad was doing the work I told him to look after the alloys as they dont have a mark on them on completion of the job I paid £260 pounds on getting home and cleaning the wheels after to get the grease off I find my alloys are damaged to replace the wheels it will cost me £1327 pounds so when you take your car to them be very careful as not to be out of pocket better still avoid using them not even done 10000 miles in the car gutted

John and the team were very helpful and explained everything in detail. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

My daughter, driving to Telford on Saturday, found that the two front car tyres were hot. We were very lucky to find this garage at Haybridge roundabout Hadley and although very busy they were able to deal with us very quickly and efficiently. This is the first time we have been to this garage and I can highly recommend them The parts we needed were quickly located, all the staff were helpful and did a great job in carrying out all the necessary work. Absolutely amazing service at f1 telford from John and his team Had problem with my tyres took my car there and within a hour was sorted it keep up the good work definitely will be using again.

The Telford branch always go above and beyond with any car issues I have. The managers John and Ian are very helpful and polite as are all the workshop technicians. Great prices and top service. Highly recommend.

Always use formula one for my m.o.t and services and repairs . John couldn't be more helpful to get everything done . Had a problem with my car . Took it john and he sorted it and fixed same day with in a couple of hours . Great service.
