Perfect prompt and polite service. Will definitely visit again.

I had a new set of tyres fitted as well as wheel balancing and alignment. The garage seemed good at the basics, the tyres were affordable and seem to be fitted well. However, a very bad creaking noise developed during the fitting process and they told me that this 100% a bad wheel bearing due to wheel spacers that I had fitted to the car. They were quick to give me a very high quote to fix the problem. I took the car to the local indie garage that I normally use and they quickly realised it was simply due to corrosion on my wheel bolts resulting in the wheels being under torqued... hence the creaking. So - my feeling is they're not the most technically skilled garage... and were quite forceful in their opinion of what was wrong with my car. Had I listened to them it would have cost me £100's trying to incorrectly fix the problem. Conclusion - stick to the basics and you'll probably be ok. I wouldn't trust them with much else.

Arrived 15mins in advance of pre booked appointment as requested told it would be about 45 mins for the two front tyres, when returned had to wait a further 20mins, on way home warning flashed up low tyre pressure on one of the newly fitted tyres 1.2 Bar should have been 2.4 Bar, not good. Have never had any issues previously when using F1 but Will think twice now.

The team at Westwood cross were knowledgeable and explained what work was required I was given clear understandable advice, my exhaust was replaced within the hour at a very competitive price, I was more than pleased with the customer service received, thank you.

My wife visited Thanet F1 Autocentres for 4 new Hankook tyres on our Campervan. Excellent price and on time service. Thank you team.

Booked online for MOT and service at the Westwood Thanet branch. Arrived and advised we would need to rebook the service due to a bereavement as we had to drive immediately up to Manchester today. The MOT was to be done first job and we were told to come back in an hour or so. Upon returning there was nobody in reception for some time. A mechanic then came in and said 'not been tested, tester ain't turned up, think he is an old boy with breathing problems'.

Obviously we hope he is okay, but where is the professionalism, no call to let us know, despite telling them of the circumstances.

Last year it was booked for an MOT and wheel alignment, the MOT got done but we got told 'we ain't getting the alignment done, too many walk-ins'.

What a way to run a business. Now I am struggling to get an MOT done before the end of my leave next weekend as it runs out the following week.

Took money online on 2nd July for a puncture repair that they didn't complete. Instead I paid for a new tyre. Still waiting 10 days later for my original charge to be refunded.

This irritation is in addition to them failing to see my car on the day I booked with them leaving me without the opportunity to go to a competitor.

23/3 - Arrived at the pre booked appointment to have some tyres fitted. Handed the keys over and confirmed details.
Arrived back 1.5 hours later, found my car in a public car park, unlocked with the drivers window open, work not completed. Was advised the tyres had not been received, easy to check before hand and not waste my time!! Also informed me that Asda tyres don't open on weekends, which was a lie as I got hold of them within 10 minutes, so basically he could not bothered to call and chase them!!
Absolute disgrace with no customer service skills or support.
Cancelled the order with Asda, will pay more and use a smaller, local family firm.

Avoid and find a local, family business

Took car in for full service and required small repairs were carried out promptly, got car back early afternoon. Highly recommended!
