Great customer service. If it wasn’t for these guys being open our car wouldn’t have got fixed today. They gave us a call with price before they went ahead. They didn’t take do the work before we said yes. They kept us up to date with everything ad after sourcing the parts it was done. Great job guys and thank you very much Formula one Worksop

I called in an emergency to get a tyre. From falling to leaving I had a new tyre in 35 mins. So helpful quick and brilliant

Booked car in for service, received a call from the garage claiming other work needed doing, wheel balancing and tracking, the car had showed no signs this was required but agreed to another £100 of work. Got a call from garage to say car was done, went to collect it and only after I returned home thought I would check the wheels which had supposedly been precision aliened and not one wheel had been touched, no new weights and certainly not been off the car, questioned the garage and they were really unprofessional, the manner of the guy in charge was horrific, rude and unhelpful, it also transpired they didn't return my locking wheel nut either. After contacting customer support I was replied to by an area manager who wasnt bothered and went on holiday before sorting out the refund. No apology just a refund and pat on the back. These cowboys have no people skills and are looking to get more money out of you with false claims that work needs doing when it does not. My advice is stay well clear and to top it off bumped into someone else who had experienced the exact same issue as me on the way out so it seems scamming customers to reach weekly targets is what it's all about !!!

Took my daughter's car here for a MOT. Arrived 10mins early as requested to be greeted by staff saying they got a slight delay of approx 15mins ok. Left car went to McDonald's opposite .Saw car taken into test bay at 2.30 as booked. Went back just before 4.00pm but car not done ?Watched for next 45mins from viewing area but no-one working on car .Car returned at 4.45 (2hr15min MOT test )Car failed test on a bottom ball joint and quoted £221 repair for a £45 part .My Local garage quoted £85 (£45 ball joint £40 Labour)

Returned for re-test within 6 days and they even tried to charge for retest at £14,99
Staff pleasant at all times. Complained to regional manager Chris Higgins via e-mail but still waiting for a reply

Absolutely fuming. Waited an hour after booking a slot on line. Whilst staff stood around having a cigarette and chilled. Heard some really bad language being shouted at each other. And to top it off, two weeks after my new tyres where fitted it's been going down every other day for it to get it checked at another garage to say it wasn't sealed properly and valve not done properly and to cost me £25 at another garage to sort. I can say I will not be returning to the Worksop branch anytime soon.

I recently visited Formula One Autocentre in Worksop for an annual MOT.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The first issue I encountered was when I received a call from the garage on the morning of my appointment to inform me that one of their tools was broken and they would need to reschedule my appointment for later next week.

This was frustrating, as I had made arrangements to have my car serviced at a specific time but I was understanding that it was out of anyones control and obliged with the new time given, but it would've been great if they could've provided an amended booking confirmation.

When I arrived at the garage in the morning for my appointment, I was told that they couldn't start my MOT as one of their staff members hadn't arrived to work on time and they were answering phones.

The staff member I spoke with made it clear that he was not happy about the situation and questioned what I planned to do for a few hours until my car was ready, despite it not really being any of his business.

This made me feel really bad and I couldn't believe their lack of professionalism and poor timekeeping was being placed on me.

To make matters worse, my car ended up failing the MOT due to several issues. However, when I asked for advice on how to proceed, the staff member told me to go directly to the manufacturer as they didn't want to deal with it.

The failures were;

A centre seatbelt strap not functioning as expected - which they said would require Audi to repair - which I found to have no problems with - hilarious.

Second failure was apparently a faulty headlight bulb aiming too high.

(Took the car straight to another garage that hour in the same conditions which passed straight away with more added advisories which Formula One Autocentres missed and a quote on how much it would cost to fix) - amazing service.

In addition to the issues I encountered, the staff member I dealt with had poor manners and seemed disinterested in helping me. Overall, my experience at Formula One Autocentre was terrible and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Booked and Mot online as my normal garage couldn't fit me in as it was last minute. Arrived 15 mins early and left car for 20 mins and then arrived back to wait in reception. Staff completely ignorant. Manager on phone loudly swearing. Football on TV in waiting area where mgr was on phone hence no invite to seated area. I was stood in reception and blatantly heard conversations re making more money and what money needs making tomorrow. People after people coming into the office spending £££s on their cars and then staff seemingly high 5ing the results when customers have left. Disgusted with manager's language and then all nicely nicely when my car had failed mot. No chance f1 centre is having my money and told then I would take it elsewhere to the obvious disgust of the manager. The now visible customer has heard all the foul language and tactics so I won't be using you. Alas it does Have to go back for a retest. I'm sure it will fail on something else. Disgusted with their customer service. although my car failed MOT the car MOT guy was lovely. Could not have been more helpful.

Went in with a puncture checked over and couldnt find the problem at floor level, asked if I could go back a few hours later and then they checked the tyre over and found no puncture just valve leak. They changed it and was all sorted. Absolutely great service and lovely friendly staff.

Car was booked in today for two front tyres
The service was fast and efficient i watched the lads remove the first tyre and then they started to inspect it very closely they then told me about a serious defect which i had some idea there may be a problem.
These lads today i found to be very thorough and professional in my opinion they were all doing a great job and was not trying to rip anybody off (not like some garages)

I recently used the new F1 Autocentre at Worksop, Notts, for an issue that cropped up under the car. The main guy there (assume manager) got us in for the next morning and advised and temporary repair FOC (just removal). Great service polite etc.

So MOT just came round and because place I usually go royally messed me about with recent tyre replacements and their mistakes, I gave F1 a go based on the above experience.

Same guy again (assume manager) excellent service, prompt, polite, no fuss, no sales patter or feeling ripped off and sold items not needed. Thoroughly recommend F1 but moreover Worksop Branch and the guy there.

Added to this, the new centre is clean tidy and easy to get to. Even more perfect is its co location with McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts and....better for me Starbucks (Costa would be better, as they actually pay tax to exchequer I understand, but that's a separate issue) within Sainsburys.

Top Place.....Recommend!

I've always been rather sceptical about large chain car repair/servicing centres but that has now changed!
I recently had brake discs, pads and hoses replaced and calipers refurbed on my classic Mercedes at my local branch in Worksop.
I was very impressed with the guys I had contact with, Luke, Liam & Ben!
They were are very friendly, professional and helpful!
They went above and beyond in order to guarantee customer satisfaction!
I definitely won't hesitate in using them again for our cars!

Recently had a puncture and managed to get my car to the Worksop branch. They fitted me in as soon as they could. I required 4 new tyres which they didn't have in stock. They sourced them, went to collect and fitted them in a very short time span. Did the wheel alignment based on my car being loaded with work items and recommended I went back when the car wasn't loaded. Did this the following week, fitted me in straight away, made the necessary adjustments and I was away in 15 mins. All the staff and managers were polite, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great service.

I have visited the relatively new centre at Worksop, Nottinghamshire. I have been so well looked after by Luke, Ben and all of the team, including the manager Chris.
I am a new driver and some of my calls have been silly ones and I have never been made to feel anything other than valued.
Only last night after being left stranded by the AA, Luke was great on the phone and booked my car in for first thing this morning. He also stayed on the phone until I had become a little calmer.
100% customer service. I don’t take my car anywhere else, since meeting this amazing team… Thanks lads for keeping me on the road

Booked my car in for an MOT. Was easy to book online, no problems on drop off etc. Very friendly service. Car failed miserably and was told it wasn't even worth having it fixed as it would be at least 2K to have it sorted. Arranged for it to be collected and moved from the garage. When the car came back to us the burning smell coming from the car was absolutely horrendous. The car was in much better condition when it was dropped off than it came home in, if it wasn't a write off before it certainly is now. I have no idea what F1 have done with the car and given what came back on the MOT it wasn't going to be repaired, however we expected it to be returned to us as we had left it. So disappointed as the staff I dealt with were really friendly and welcoming, hence the 2 stars, but unfortunately given how the car was returned to us we won't be using F1 again.

Used the Worksop branch and my experience was very positive. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff I will definitely use the Worksop guys again.
