Used Formula One Autocentres for the replacement of four premium brand tyres on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service was exceptional, from acquiring the very competitive quotation through to supply and fitting.

Car went in for service and Worksop branch failed to tighten wheel nuts correctly. Noticed whilst driving on the motorway. Pulled over and called AA who reported to wheels had not been tightened correctly.
£50 offered as good will for risky peoples lives.

Worksop v poor and dodgy parts
TLDR pads and discs they fitted lasted only 4000 miles!! Left car filthy and bonnet half open
Really not great today
In for an MOT and a air con recharge and air-con clean
Called me around an hour after I drop the car off to say that they couldn't do the air con recharge because my car was too modern as a 17 plate
Then told me that the MOT had failed because my brakes and discs were totally gone
They did a full vehicle check only a month ago, and replaced all 4 tyres, front pads and discs at about £1300 cost
Quite disappointing they missed the rear ones. Then the bombshell...
The front pads and tyres have gone! 4000 miles usage! I do 3500 of these on the A1. That's really bad. The guy on the phone thought he was doing me a favour replacing them for free..
Went to collect the car, things get worse
Bonnet lid wasn't properly closed
My cream leather covered in oily grime, clearly didn't use a seat cover
Gear knob ,steering wheel, door interior handle all grimy and oily
Locking wheel nut left on my cream leather seat, thanks for that!
Guy said he leaves it there so I can put it back myself, last time they put it away where they found it.
When I paid guy wanted to tell me that he was mad because it cost £200 to replace the front pads and discs.
When I spoke to him it was £320 and he was going to see what he could do to get me some discount. I got £0 discount.
Anyway overall 1 star today and not great at all.
