"I recently made an order with Fabshopper and I must say I did not experience any of the issues that some other reviewers mentioned. I got my items On time! The tracking information was also great, I always knew where my package was. As for the items I purchased, I have no major complaints. I purchased a lot of things and 95% of them got sent out( a few will be sent out within a week due to high demand)

I've ordered of Fabshopper 3 times now and they are my number one place for my clothes. Hoodies, Pants, man you need to see some of their winter jackets. I'v dealt with a couple of guys down there and they always go that extra mile. Love em.

Good up until had to enter credit card verification number. For some
reason would only accept two digits instead of three! Had to make repeated attempts until finally successful.

The size chart is not like any other I have ever seen? In the UK, who measures "pit to pit"? CHEST sizes are what every other mens' clothes shop measures garments

Easy to order and make fast payment.

I ordered a jacket through Barclaycard bespoke offers. When the jacket arrived it was poorly packaged and did not have an invoice/receipt. On top of that the jacket was of poor quality with the jacket lining coming out of the seams. The jacket was also far too small. After following the Fabshopper size guide I expected the jacket to be suitable for myself. I ordered a medium but was in fact sent a large, which was still far too small. I then contacted Fabshopper who advised I could return the item at my own expense "for inspection". A week after returning the item I had not hear from Fabshopper so I sent them an email to ask if they had received the item. I received a response telling me that the "processing team would be in contact soon". A week passed again & I still had no reply. I must add that when I sent the item back I filled in the returns form as requested & asked for an exchange. I then sent another email to ask what the situation was with the "processing team" as I had still not heard. They replied to advise me to contact Barclaycard bespoke offers to process a refund as they do not deal with refunds. I then highlighted the fact that I had originally requested an exchange & only then did they realise exactly what I wanted. They then offered to send an exchange providing I again pay for postage. I was quite disgusted by this as they had originally sent me the wrong size & I had already had to pay to return the item. The whole experience lacked professionalism and in one particular email I received a response which contained the phrase " we dint realize". I was amazed that somebody working for this company thought that was acceptable written language to use. After contacting Barclaycard bespoke offers I received a refund because I had no faith that an exchange would be worth while. Would urge anyone to think twice before using this company.
