I unfortunately (and with great disappointment) had a bad experience with the delivery of my item , but once I notified Facewest the matter was dealt with efficiently and I am so relieved . ( It was NOT Facewest issue but more then delivery company)

I have since ordered again and the service has been outstanding ! A very responsible, professional and impressive company. Great brands, products and prices - keep up the great work.

I will definitely use again and would always recommend them.

Cheapest anywhere on the net for the leatherman multi tool I bought. Was pushed for time for a gift and wanted the item engraving.
Rang prior to ordering and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The item was engraved and dispatched within 2 hours.
Royal Mail then took the item on a 500 mile detour and again face west could not have been more helpful when I queried this.
I don’t often write reviews but this company were very impressive and actually cared about customer service rather than you being an order number.
If I need anything in the future stocked by facewest I’ll use again in a heartbeat. Thankyou

Very disappointed with quality of the goods I received. The map case was akin to a cheap plastic bag.

I have returned the products to Facewest yesterday, the same day as I received them and unfortunately had to pay the £3.10 postage to do so, but at least I won’t have to keep them!

Great customer service... Graham has gone way and above what I would expect as good customer service, I cannot praise him enough. Would highly recommend Facewest to anybody.

I’d never heard of this company before, but saw a very good price for an Arc’teryx hoody. I immediately googled the reviews and decided that there was nothing to worry about.
