Excellent service, Best value, Seamless!
We needed a replacement sofa. We had bought a brand new sofa that looked well from a global company, and the foam had flattened within 1 Week! We decided we wanted exceptional service and good value for a great sofa. We opted for Fairway Furniture. I have used them before. They knew our requirements, colour, design, budget, and matched our needs. We were surprised that this well made, beautifully superior sofa was around the same price as the awful one being returned, and so added in a chair and cushions, too.
I cannot recommend Fairway Furniture in Newton Abbot more highly.
The staff are friendly and helpful, listened to what we needed and matched those needs perfectly.
There was a Sale on, with further discounts, and I believe we have furniture with longevity.
You can tell the quality of the materials used. I wouldn't waste my time or money, and go through the stress of dealing with another company again.
The experience of shopping here, the communications around delivery dates and the the seamless way that delivery went were fabulous..local people who love what they do. You can tell.

Ordering the product was easy, it was delivered a few weeks earlier than expected, but all went well. The two men delivering were excellent, and took all the waste wrapping away with then. From start to finish very good.
