The person who served us was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions knowledgeably. He understood our need to have the chair soon as I was going to have a hip replacement and made sure that it would be delivered whilst I was in hospital! Nothing was too much trouble.

Came in to look for a bed
Came in to look for a bed , was approached by member of staff , very friendly we asked a few questions she was very helpful, left us alone while we had a good look at the beds , we didn’t feel pressured by staff which was nice , we took our time to make our decision.

Scott was friendly, professional very knowledgeable.
He gave us advice on the couple of sofas that we were interested in and then gave us time to make up our minds.
He also kept us updated.
A great asset to Fairways furniture.
The driver’s that delivered our sofa and accent chair were friendly, professional and took care when bringing sofa and chair into the property and then swiftly unpacked them.

gorgeous & comfy
Very patient sales team guided us through the purchase process and showed us loads of options. Despite not being able to guarantee delivery before Christmas we did receive our gorgeous new sofa 20 days prior and we love it. The delivery guys were friendly, clean & quick working. Yet to use any of the supplied cleaning products but feel happy to have received a comprehensive pack of products to use.
