Amazing Experience
From when we walked in to the store to look at new sofas we felt comfortable, not like we were being pressured and forced into buying one. They were super helpful when we did make our decision on which one to buy, and the process was simple and fairly quick.
We were also pleasantly surprised by how quick the turnaround was from purchase to delivery. We were expecting October time following purchase in late July/early August, however we had our sofa delivered the first week of September.

Waited a long time date of experience May 2025 10 weeks plus
The show room staff couldn't organise a "drink in a pub" the lack of communication was ridiculous I had to ring many times and when I did talk to Ethan I was told the wrong thing and fobbed off he also said he would call and didn't in the end I had go in the shop to speak face to face with a manager Natalie they gave the wrong information too. We had to wait over the time given for our products we paid in full for at the time of ordering.
However Clare in the warehouse was amazing rang me and gave me the right information also helped when store said our products were in and they were not, she personally chased them up and was very helpful and professional and her communication showed she cared. The delivery guy's were also lovely and polite.

We are sorry that you feel the service you had from our Plymouth store for this order was not to the standard you expected.
When you placed your order, the estimated lead time given was based on the latest information from our supplier. However, these are only estimates and we monitor orders to keep customers updated if variances in these estimates are advised to us.
In your subsequent communications with your sales consultant Ethan relating to delivery timeframes, there was a misunderstanding relating to interpretation of the items being in stock at the supplier rather than our own distribution facility. This is very unfortunate and we will be raising this with the Plymouth store as an action to improve this type of communication to customers.
In respect of your comment about having paid in full at the time of order, we require a minimum 20% deposit when placing the order, but whether a customer pays that or the full amount, it has no impact on how quickly the items arrive from the supplier.
We are pleased that Clare provided you with the service you expected and we thank you for your kind comments about the delivery team which will be passed on.
