Perfect for first time buyers

From start to finish they made the whole process simple, to the point and were more than happy to take the time to explain everything to us. As first time buyers this was all new to us and the sheer amount of admin was quite daunting, but they accomadated our questions and made us feel at ease. Great service.

Patient & Efficient

Trent was extremely helpful during the process of redeeming our Help To Buy Mortgage during a tricky time for Homes England. He was very patient with our ‘silly’ questions and was very efficient.

Amazing Service from Trent & Karen

Trent and Karen have gone above and beyond on our property sale to ensure the end result of completion was achieved, dealing with difficult sale and management company solicitors but always kept us fully up to date and communicated back to the chain daily when required. I shall forever use Trent and Karen for my conveyancing needs, and will be recommending them to friends and family. I am very grateful for their efforts!

Would highly recommend

Trent and team acted for us on both our sale and purchase, they were responsive and very efficient! Things moved very quickly towards the end but Trent provided complete reassurance that he would have everything in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and if we move again I'd absolutely use Fairweather Law again!

Trent and team worked on my new build…

Trent and team worked on my new build house.
I would have preferred more prompt responses (I chased after a week) and transparency for peace of mind.
Otherwise it was simple and easy working with Trent, all my queries got addressed, and had the utmost confidence in Trent's competency.

Great experience throughout!

From the start of my engagement with Trent and the team at Fairweather Law, I felt in very good hands! The communication from the team was fantastic, despite the length of time between reservation, exchange and completion due to the construction timeline on my new build. I would happily recommend the team to anyone purchasing their new home! Thank you :-)

First class service from the whole team

We used Trent and his team for both the sale of our home and for the purchase of our new build.
We were kept fully informed of all developments during the sale and purchase and received prompt efficient service throughout the transaction.
Even when there were problems with the chain Trent and his team acted swiftly to get issues resolved.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any house purchaser/ seller.
Thank you all for such a professional and prompt service.

I have just completed a sale and Trent…

I have just completed a sale and Trent and his team have gone above and beyond expectations.
After unexpected complications, which were ridiculous and complex, this team have gone the extra mile and got this deal over the line.
Stress levels were immense but this team got the deal over the line and I can’t recommend them all enough.
Thanks very much.
