Trent was great as always
Trent was great as always. Always returned my calls/emails and took all of the stress out of the house sale. It was stress and hassle free. Thank you Trent!
Trent is the one! Forget other solicitors.
This was my first time buying a house and my solicitor was Trent who was absolutely an example of how good customer service should be. Not only took his time to explain the whole process in detail and made sure I understand everything, he also answered every phonecall Ive made and responsed to each email very promptly. Kept me updated with next step without chasing. This is a world class service. I fully recommend using Trent for your next purchase, as he was the complete opposite to what my perception was for that profession from feedback I was receiving. 5* is not enough he is an elite solicitor.

Trent and his team were very helpful and explained the completion process to us and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole completion process even when there were issues from the developer.
Great service
Used Fairweather to move last year and was very helpful and affordable. Got a letter through the post regarding freehold of property and was unsure of the contents so contacted Trent and gave us free useful advice.
Fast and Precise
Soon as you get the documents over, is processed rapidly with fast confirmation emails, exactly what you need when buying a new home.
Also has as a first time buyer, Trent and Karen where very helpful when I had any query.
Amazing service
Amazing service - We used Trent and Karen's Services for our mortgage and for further advice after completion. I couldn't fault the service we were provided with from start to finish. Both Trent and Karen were extremely helpful and informative throughout and even after our completion. Would highly recommend Fairweather Law to anyone
Great Service
Trent and Karen provided conveyancing services for the sale of our existing house and purchase of a new one. Our existing house was a leasehold shared ownership and the new house had an unregistered title so not a straightforward case! Regardless of this Trent provided great advice, worked in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his communication. I would recommend Trent and will use his services again in the future if I move again!

Trent and the team are amazing
Trent and the team are amazing.
My wife and I had sold our house had 25 days to find something and be ready to move.
This glorious team made that happen.
In 23 days !!!
We wouldn’t from now on use anybody else as our solicitors.
They kept us up to date, without us calling them!! They worked over the weekends and answered our phone calls on Saturday mornings. How good is that!!!
Better than the solicitors we have always used for 20 years. Who said what we wanted to do couldn’t happen!!!! But it did happen with the help and support of Trent and the team.
We thank you and we are amazed by you.

Really great service. Kept us well informed and answered all our questions in a timely and friendly manner
Scammers
Scammers, mislead you and take no less than 48% of the claim this is theft and should be illegal!!! 25% for sending a couple of letters/emails is a rip off but 48%!! Why are the government not putting a stop to this!? Avoid this company. They do inform you of the 48% minimum fee until after the cooling off period. Avoid at all costs!!

Service provided was sale of a flat and purchase of a house. Very smooth service, great communication and could always get hold of Trent on the phone or fast e-mail response. Had a few bumps on the way but issues resolved quickly and I was kept informed of progress all the way. This great service made the transactions as stress free as possible. I would recommend this company.
