Great quality poor delivery
The quality of the product is fantastic. My only complaint is the delivery time period didn't match the promise on the web site, which ruined the whole process. It was a birthday present and was delivered after the birthday, so not great.

As may have noticed when ordering the 24cm saucier pan, this was the last one we had available in the UK warehouse. When packing this on the Monday, our warehouse team discovered a mark on it, as they carefully inspect every piece before shipping.
We therefore despatched this from Belgium, which unfortunately is not a next day delivery service.
We’re sorry our service was not as timely in this instance as we know our customers have come to expect and thank you again for your custom.

A little pan for a lot of money
A little pan for a lot of money. Only used once so far. It did what it was meant to do so what more can I say. I find the cast iron handle rather an ugly appendage and it gets extremely hot very quickly. Delivery was OK but I wasn't in for the first delivery and instead of following the clear instructions as to where to leave it in my absence it was returned to the depot and brought back the next day. Possibly more secure that way and I was in no hurry to use it, so just commenting, not complaining.

Simply the best
I have many Falk Pans - cannot recommend them highly enough. The heat is very evenly distributed in the pan so not hot spots and burning - the heat transfer is so good you only need to medium to low settings on the hob. They are easy to clean and look good. What more do you want from a pan?

I love this pan!
I was a little surprised at the size of the pan. It was a lot bigger than I expected. It is, however, beautiful. I have had it for less than two weeks, but, have found myself using it a lot already.
I have used it for stews, pot roasts, and once for making iced cream. It really is a lovely pan to use. I already have a falk lid to fit the pot au feu, and I do recommend buying one. It would amazing to serve too! Great pan!

For many years I wanted to purchase…
For many years I wanted to purchase some copper ware. We have just recently installed a bespoke kitchen made from New Zealand native timber with a granite work top. Matai timber was retrieved from a river, having been submerged for 150 years, felled in the early pioneer times.
I have reviewed a number of different manufacturers and the combination of copper and stainless steel is a winning combo.They look fantastic.
One small note: I felt your packaging could be improved. Upon arrival, the handle of my new 28cm frying pan was protruding from the cupboard box. A lid for the pan also has a small dent.
Purchasing your copper ware is a major investment for most people,
perhaps, improved packaging would reduce damage and reassure customers.
I phoned and spoke to Neil, his response was fantastic and a new lid is on it's way, great customer service.

Really happy with the purchase. Wouldn't usually go for a saucepan at this price range but the try-me offer makes it very tempting. I am really happy that it is the 18cm saucier pan that is on the try-me offer as it is a very versatile pan for me.This saucier pan is beautifully constructed and seems to be sturdy enough to last a very long time. I have never used copper cookware before but this brings liquid to boil much quicker than my old saucepan. Perfect for boiling a small amount of vegetables and cooking noodles. I particularly like the molded lip which make pouring much less messy.
