This is the second time I’ve bought from Falk. The pans are exceptional and the delivery and customer service is always perfect.

Have just purchased my third pan from Falk Culinair and as ever the quality and service are exceptional. Ordered on New Years day, the pan was delivered to my door just over an hour later!

The pans themselves are superb quality and a pleasure to cook with. They're obviously more expensive than your average pan, but are built to last a lifetime and come with a lifetime guarantee for added peace of mind. Each one came with a bottle of bar keepers friend which does a perfect job of cleaning any stains from the copper and doesn't affect the brushed finish.

From the order to using my saucepans is excellent again got 3 items now and would recommend them to everyone.

Brilliant product

I purchased my first product from Falk Culinair for my partner who loves to cook. He is a fan of quality cookware and until now had been left wanting with other brands.
I ordered an 18cm copper saucier pan and lid but ordered 2 lids in error, and instead of just sending the order as was, I was contacted immediately and asked if the order was what I intended before it was packed for shipping. The order was then updated and despatched.
The parcel arrived the following morning much to my partners delight. The product is beautifully crafted and we will be purchasing further cookware in the very near future. Fabulous customer service, speedy delivery and quality products.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery. Bought for a Christmas present so the pans haven’t been used yet but they look nice and good quality.

First class experience from start to finish. Good website explaining everything in full, easy order process, easy checkout procedure, items despatched the same day, courier communication was excellent as well. As for the product, you get what you pay for, world class craftmenship and a piece of equipment that will last you a lifetime, in fact probably a few lifetimes !!

Lovely product, very well built and also good looking in the kitchen. My only concern with the brushed copper finish is staining, I would anticipate that the stains would be harder to clean out than if it were a polished surface. Will see how that pans out with time/use.

very good quality, fast delivery... good service.
My cookware mainly use Le Creuset, but I will change to use Falk copper now, quality is much better than a lot other French brands. Highly Recommended.
